豫西低品位铅锌银多金属矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:根据豫西某低品位铅锌银多金属矿的工艺矿物学特性,进行了浮选试验研究。矿石中主要金属硫化矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿品位较低、相对嵌布粒度较粗,确定采用优先浮选工艺流程。粗选磨矿细度-0.074mm40%时,CaO作矿浆pH值调整剂直接加入磨机中,控制pH值在高碱条件下(pH=12.5),乙硫氮作为铅捕收剂,以Z-200作为锌捕收剂,同时在该浮选条件下使有价金属银尽可能的富集于铅精矿中,使其得到综合回收。获得的闭路试验指标为:铅精矿品位为60.35%,回收率85.28%,银品位928g/t,银回收率78.19%;锌精矿品位为50.16%,回收率70.86%。试验指标良好,选矿产品互含低。

Abstract:According to the properties of a low-grade lead-zinc-silver ore in western Henan,an experimental research on floatation technology was carried out.In view of characteristics of the ore galena,sphalerite grade lower and coarse dissemination size characteristics,a flotation flowsheet was adopted under the condition of the grinding fineness of-0.074mm40%.The separation of Pb-Zn and the silver recoverying were processing under the condition of pH as 12.5 with CaO as regulator,DDTC(diethyl dithiocarbamate,acronym for DDTC)as galena flotation collector and Z-200 as flotation collector of sphalerite and marmatite.Experimental results showed that applying selective flotation can efficiently separate the lead –zinc minerals and obtain lead concentrate of 60.35%Pb with a recovery of 85.28%,and zinc concentrate of 50.16%Zn with a recovery of 70.86%,silver was enriched in lead concentrate,the concentrate is 928g/t with a recovery of 78.19%.The selective flotation can solve the problem of lead-zinc contained in each of a certain extent.
