摘    要:当煤层群开采时,具有保护层条件的煤层,由于埋藏深度大而转变为没有突出危险或自然发火严重的煤层,致使具备保护层开采条件的突出矿井越来越少。在这种情况下,穿层钻孔条带预抽就成为防治煤与瓦斯突出最有效的区域防突措施之一。穿层钻孔抽采有效影响半径是抽采方法选择、钻孔布置参数以及评价抽采效果的重要依据。穿层钻孔抽采有效影响半径主要与煤层瓦斯含量、透气性系数、抽采钻孔直径及负压、抽采目的和时间等因素有关。施工穿层预抽钻孔对突出煤层进行消突已成为保安全、促生产过程中的重要环节,为避免钻孔设计及施工的盲目性,提高抽采钻孔的利用率及施工速度,对抽采有效影响半径的测试和确定已成为当前的首要工作。

Abstract:In coal seam group mining,coal seams with protective layer conditions in some locations have been transformed into coal seams with prominent danger or serious natural combustion due to the large burial depth,resulting in fewer and fewer prominent mines with protective layer mining conditions.In this case,the pre-pumping of perforated drilling strips becomes one of the most effective measures to prevent coal and gas outburst.The effective impact radius of drilling is the important basis for selecting extraction methods,determining drilling layout parameters and evaluating the extraction effect.The effective influence radius of drilling is mainly related to coal seam gas content,permeability coefficient,diameter and negative pressure,purpose and time of drilling.It has become an indispensable and important link in the process of ensuring safety and promoting production of outstanding coal seams through pre-drilling in construction.In order to avoid the blindness of drilling design and construction,the utilization rate and construction speed of drilling and drilling have been improved.Testing and determining the effective impact radius of extraction has become the top priority.
