| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了双边圆环链刮板输送机产生漂链的原因,为解决漂链问题,设计了一种新型的刮板输送机用两端带槽的刮板,可在刮板两端槽内安装圆环链,消除圆环链与槽帮及槽底之间的存料死角。且刮板上下两边均有刮料后角,输送机工作时刮板既能刮走槽底处链条下及链条外侧的物料,又能刮走托链道上的物料,可杜绝漂链现象的产生,确保整机长期可靠运转。
