摘    要:针对传统力马达及比例电磁铁频响低的特点,提出一种新式力马达结构,该力马达运用永磁体和线圈差动控制的原理,实现双向高频控制。由于传统的经验公式对新结构设计具有低准确性,基于有限元法,建立了力马达的模型并利用Ansoft仿真软件来分析力马达的力-位移特性,对影响力马达力-位移特性的轴向气隙面积、轴向气隙距离等主要结构参数进行了分析比较,并在此基础上进行优化。

Abstract:In view of the low frequency response of traditional force motor and proportional electromagnet, a new structure of force motor is proposed, which uses the principle of permanent magnet and coil differential control to realize bidirectional high frequency control. Due to the low accuracy of the traditional empirical formula for the new structure design, based on the finite element method, the force motor model is established and Ansoft simulation software is used to analyze the force displacement characteristics of the force motor. The main structural parameters such as the axial air gap area and the axial air gap distance which influence the force displacement characteristics of the force motor are analyzed and compared, and optimized on this basis.
