| 摘 要： | 以地球质心为原点的地心大地坐标系,是21世纪空间时代全球通用的基本大地坐标系。以空间技术为基础的CGCS2000坐标系,可以满足大地测量、地球物理、天文、导航和航天应用以及经济、社会发展对我国大地坐标系的新要求。为推进使用CGCS2000的顺利进行,保证地方坐标系转换为CGCS2000数据成果质量和统一性,本文对抚顺市国土资源空间数据测绘成果进行分析,充分利用辽宁省GNSS网成果,恢复抚顺城市平面控制框架网,通过自主研发Esri MapObjects为基础的空间数据转换软件,实现了抚顺市国土空间数据转换为CGCS2000,并对空间数据坐标转换参数进行了精度评定。

| Abstract: | Geocentric geodetic coordinate system with the center of mass of the earth as the origin is the universal basic geodetic coordinate system in the space age of the 21st century.The CGCS2000 coordinate system based on space technology can meet the new requirements of geodesy,geophysics,astronomy,navigation and space applications,as well as economic and social development.To promote the use of CGCS2000 smoothly,ensure the quality of the local coordinate system into CGCS2000 data results and unity,this paper fushun city spatial data of surveying and mapping results of land and resources were analyzed,and make full use of GNSS network result in liaoning province,restore the fushun city plane control framework network,through independent research and development the ESRI MapObjects based spatial data conversion software,realizes the fushun city national spatial data into CGCS2000,and the precision of coordinate conversion parameters for the evaluation of spatial data. |
