磷石膏湿法偶联除杂规律初探

摘    要:磷石膏资源丰富,但共存杂质多,应用受限。为此探讨了采用硅烷偶联剂对磷石膏进行湿法偶联除杂的工艺规律。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂可与磷石膏中的二氧化硅和羧基类有机杂质通过氢键及脱水缩合的方式结合,使相应杂质疏水悬浮并通过刮除分离除去,由此制得纯度为96.2%(以CaSO4·0.5H2O计)、白度为92.2%的纯化石膏。

Abstract:The utilization of phosphogypsum resource was limited by the co-existence of the impurities.The technology rule of removing impurities from phosphogypsum with silane coupling agent by wet coupling process was discussesed.Results showed that the silane coupling agent can combine with silica and carboxyl organic impurities in phosphogypsum by hydrogen bonding and dehydration condensation to make the corresponding impurities hydrophobic suspended and separated from by scraping,and leading to the formation of gypsum with a purity of 96.2%(CaSO4·0.5H2O) and a whiteness of 92.2%.
