摘    要:以玉米秸秆(CS)为原料制备生物炭,并采用挤压法制备高密度聚乙烯/玉米秸秆生物炭(PE?HD/CSB)复合材料。研究了相容剂马来酸酐(MA)对PE?HD/CSB性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重分析(TG)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、旋转流变仪(DHR?2)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对CSB及复合材料进行了表征,并用Harmonic?Mean界面方程研究了CS和CSB同PE?HD的界面性能。结果表明,与CS相比,CSB的芳香化程度增加,且与PE?HD的界面张力更低,MA的加入提高了生物炭复合材料的稳定性、相容性及其力学性能。

Abstract:Corn stalk (CS) was used as a raw material to prepare biochar, and then the PE?HD/corn stalkr biochar (CSB) composites was prepared through melt extrusion. The compatibilizing effect of maleic anhydride (MA) on the performance of the PE?HD/CSB composites was investigated. The prepared CSB and the resultant composites were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, thermal weight analysis, Fourier?transform infrared spectroscopy, rotational rheometer (DHR?2), X?ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The interface properties of CS and CSB with PE?HD were evaluated using the Harmonic?Mean interface equations. The results indicated that compared to CS,CSB exhibited an increase in the degree of aromatization, and its interfacial tension with PE?HD was lower. The addition of MA improved the stability, compatibility, and mechanical properties of the PE?HD/CSB composites.
