摘    要:将傅里叶变换理论应用于圆台状脉冲涡流差分传感器缺陷检测信号的求解,提出了一种缺陷检测信号的解析计算方法。首先分析了缺陷检测信号谐波系数随缺陷尺寸变化的规律,而后根据电磁波反射与折射理论建立了圆台状差分传感器磁场解析模型,并根据谐波系数随缺陷尺寸变化的规律得到了任意缺陷检测信号傅里叶变换系数的通用表达式,最后经傅里叶反变换得到了任意缺陷的时域差分检测信号。通过实验对所提算法进行了验证,结果表明:该算法可准确求得圆台状脉冲涡流差分传感器缺陷检测信号,且具有较快的计算速度。

Abstract:Fourier transform is utilized to calculate the defect test signal of cone shaped pulsed eddy current differential sensor in this paper, and an analytical calculation method of the defect test signal is proposed. Firstly, the changing rule of the harmonic coefficients of the defect test signal vs. the defect dimension is analyzed; then, the magnetic field analytical model of the cone shaped pulsed eddy current differential sensor is established based on the reflection and refraction theory of electromagnetic waves. According to the changing rule of the harmonic coefficients of the defect test signal vs. the defect dimension, the general expression of the Fourier transform coefficients of arbitrary defect test signal is obtained. Finally, the time domain differential test signal of arbitrary defect is obtained with inverse Fourier transform. The proposed approach was verified in experiment, and the experiment results indicate that the proposed approach can accurately calculate the defect test signal of cone shaped pulsed eddy current differential sensor, and the calculation speed is high.
