铝合金活性MIG焊接电弧行为及微观组织分析

摘    要:提出了活性熔化极气体保护焊新方法,可增加焊接熔深,改善难熔焊接结构的熔合不良,获得高质量的焊接接头.对铝合金活性熔化极气体保护焊电弧状态进行了分析,发现活性熔化极气体保护焊电弧收缩,电流密度提高.对铝合金活性熔化极气体保护焊焊接接头微观组织进行了分析,与熔化极气体保护焊方法相比,结果表明,透射电镜和面扫描分析表明活性剂的添加没有改变强化相的种类,不会影响焊缝中各种组元的成分含量,同时也对Mn,Cr,Ti等元素的分布没有影响.

Abstract:A new welding method-activating flux MIG(AMIG) welding was proposed in this paper, which can obtain welded joint with high quality and reduce lack of fusion. The arc morphology during this welding method were collected and analyzed. The results show that the current density in A-MIG welding was higher than that in conventional MIG welding. Based on the analysis with scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, the inspection results by comparing A-MIG welding and conventional MIG welding show that the addition of activating flux did not affect precipitated phases and distribution of Mn, Cr and Ti alloying elements.
