| 摘 要： | 河南煤业化工集团为了改变现状,一直在进行技术改造、技术升级、新建项目以适应国家市场化改革环境;为了适应社会的发展,探索项目管理领域的思路,尝试项目总承包的管理理念和方法。文章着重介绍了安化公司在造气系统改造项目中,采用了设计—采购—施工总承包模式,并取得到了很好的效果。
