基于动网格的液压锥阀动态特性研究

摘    要:采用动网格技术建立了液压锥阀动态特性分析的三维数值模型,基于该模型对液压锥阀在弹簧力及流体力作用下的开启过程进行了仿真。分析了不同弹簧刚度下,液压锥阀开启过程流量和瞬态液动力的变化情况;对比了仿真得到的稳态流量、稳态液动力与理论计算结果,仿真值与理论值较吻合;得到了弹簧刚度对液压锥阀开启过程中阀芯位移、速度以及加速度的影响规律。仿真结论可以为液压锥阀的设计及优化提供依据。

Abstract:The numerical model is established to obtain transient properties of hydraulic poppet valve by the dynamic mesh technology. Focused on the hydraulic poppet valve’s opening process, the characteristics are determined by the spring and fluid force. The transient flow and fluid force are analyzed in this opening process with different springs. By comparing the results of steady flow and steady state fluid force with the theoretical value, we find that the simulation results are coincident. The influence laws of spring stiffness on displacement, velocity and acceleration are analyzed in the opening process as well. The results provide a basis for the hydraulic poppet valve’s design and optimization.
