摘 要: | 为弥补可再生能源的发展短板,促进能源结构多元化、用能低碳清洁化发展,新能源特色小镇应运而生。针对旅游型特色小镇的能源系统进行深度综合评价,首先分析了小镇能源系统的结构及竞争力,构建了涵盖产业发展、投资收益、社会人文、生态环境四方面的小镇能源系统评价指标体系;接着,引入物元可拓评价方法以解决多目标、多主体决策问题,同时对传统方法做出了改进,建立了集值迭代与反熵权法赋权策略-多层次物元可拓评价模型,该方法能综合多方效益且省去了指标值归一化处理步骤;最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性,满足小镇能源系统的综合评价需求。

Comprehensive Energy System Evaluation of New Energy Featured Towns Based on Matter-element Extension Model |

Abstract: | To remedy the weakness during the development of renewable energy sources and to promote the diversification of energy structure as well as to develop clean and low-carbon utilization of energy sources, the new energy featured towns were emerged as the times required. A depth comprehensive evaluation for energy system of traveling-type featured town was carried out. Firstly, the structure of energy system for the featured town and its competitive force were analyzed, and an assessment indicator system for energy system of featured town, which covered four aspects such as the industrial development, the income from investment, the social humanity and the ecological environment, was constructed. Secondly, a matter-element extension model was led in to solve the multi-objective and multi-agent decision-making problem, meanwhile, the traditional method was improved and a set valued iteration and anti entropy weighting strategy-multi-level matter-element extension evaluation model was established. Using this model various benefits could be synthesized and the steps for normalization processing of index values could be omitted. Finally, the validity of the proposed method was verified by calculating example. Calculation results show that the proposed method is effective and by which the demand of comprehensive evaluation for the energy system of featured town can be satisfied. |
