摘    要:化学注浆加固技术目前已在煤炭行业中得到广泛应用,特别是在各种顶板事故处理中发挥了积极作用。但是对单位工程总体注浆材料消耗量的控制,主要依靠施工人员的现场经验进行评估,缺少理论支撑,易造成材料浪费。塔拉壕煤矿在工作面回撤通道顶板大范围切落进行化学注浆加固的应用实践中,通过建立力学模型进行理论分析、计算,优化施工方案,改变顶板的力学参数越过垮落边界,进行注浆量控制,在实现工作面顺利搬家回撤的前提下,注浆材料总体消耗量大幅减少,经济效益明显。研究可为化学注浆加固技术在类似条件的工程应用提供参考。

Abstract:Chemical grouting reinforcement technology has been widely used in coal industry,especially in the treatment of various roof accidents.However,the control of the total grouting material consumption of the unit project mainly depends on the site experience of the construction personnel,which is lack of theoretical support and easy to cause material waste.In the application practice of chemical grouting reinforcement by large-scale cutting of the roof of withdrawal channel in Talahao Coal Mine,the mechanical model was established for theoretical analysis and calculation,the construction scheme was optimized,and the mechanical parameters of roof were changed,and the collapse boundary was crossed,and the grouting quantity was controlled.On the premise of smooth moving and withdrawing of working face,the total consumption of grouting materials were greatly reduced,and the economic benefits were obvious.It provided a reference for the application of chemical grouting reinforcement technology in similar projects.
