摘    要:综述了活性氧化铝的制备方法及改性研究进展。指出:制备薄水铝石的方法有中和沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、溶剂热法和水热法、碳化法、醇铝水解法、热解法等,其中碳化法经济实用,是目前工业领域生产活性氧化铝的主流方法;采用金属催化剂,通过催化剂调控的工艺手段制备不同结构的活性氧化铝,应对加氢催化等不同条件的催化反应,是有前景的研究方向;负载氧化铜后的改性氧化铝对催化脱硫的效果更好,不同酸碱改性的氧化铝也有不同的催化效果。

Abstract:The research progress on the preparation and modification of activated alumina was reviewed. It was pointed out that the preparation methods of boehmite included neutralization precipitation method, sol-gel method, solvothermal method, hydrothermal method, carbonization method, alcoholic aluminum hydrolysis method, pyrolysis method, etc. Among them, carbonization method was economical and practical, and was the mainstream method for producing activated alumina in the industrial field at present. It was a promising research direction to prepare activated alumina with different structures by using metal catalysts and by means of catalyst regulation and control for catalytic hydrogenation reactions and other catalytic reactions in different conditions. The modified alumina loaded with copper oxide had better catalytic desulfurization effect, and the alumina modified with different acids and bases had different catalytic effects.
