基于灰关联度赋权的道路交通安全模糊评价

摘    要:针对交通安全模糊综合评价法的主观性,改进了模糊综合评价的赋权方式。由于灰理论具有处理少量信息和数据的优势,本文采用客观性较强的灰关联赋权方式代替层次分析法赋权, 然后采用交通参与主体引发的交通事故率作为评价指标, 形成基于灰关联赋权的交通安全模糊评价方法。最后,利用该方法对某城市区域进行交通安全评价分析, 结果表明, 该城市道路交通的安全水平处于一般和不安全状态, 需要相关管理部门加强交通安全管理。

Abstract:Aimed to subjectivity of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for traffic safety, this paper firstly uses the grey relational weighting which is more objective than the alternative of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) weighting. Then, it use the traffic accidents rate which is caused by traffic participation as the evaluation index, and then the city traffic safety fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the grey relational weights is built. Lastly, the traffic safety evaluation analysis of city area was conducted by using this method. The result shows that the safe level of road traffic in the city is general and unsafe condition, and it is necessary for the relevant administrative departments to strengthen the traffic safety management.
