煤制代用天然气镍基催化剂研究进展

摘    要:综述了镍基甲烷化催化剂的研究现状。重点阐述了助剂、载体以及制备方法对催化剂催化性能的影响。在保持镍基甲烷化催化剂催化活性的基础上,提高催化剂的耐高温、抗积炭和抗硫中毒的性能是镍基甲烷化催化剂的主要研究方向。在保持催化剂良好性能的基础上,降低镍基甲烷化催化剂的生产成本对于其在工业生产中的应用具有重要意义。

Abstract:The present research situation of nickel based methanation catalysts in China and abroad was reviewed.The effects of additives,carrier,and preparation methods on the performance of nickel based catalyst for methanation were emphatically introduced.In keeping with the catalytic activity of the catalyst,how to improve the performance of high temperature resistance,carbon deposition resistance,and anti-sulfur poisoning is the main research direction of nickel based methanation catalysts.On the basis of keeping good performance of the catalyst,reducing the production cost of nickel methanation catalysts has an important significance for its application in industry.
