基于相似理论的矿井柴油机尾气分布特征研究

摘    要:随着地下矿井开采技术的发展,无轨胶轮车在矿井的使用越来越广泛。但其燃烧柴油排出的尾气对矿井空气造成了污染,并且严重威胁井下安全作业环境。利用相似原理理论,通过搭建模拟巷道进行模拟实验,在不同通风速度和不同车辆进行的情形下,研究柴油机尾气污染物中的可吸入颗粒物、CO、CO2等有害物的分布特性;揭示通风速度和无轨胶轮车运行速度对尾气中污染物扩散的影响;这可为井下通风方案以及井下安全技术措施的制订提供理论依据。

Abstract:With the development of mining technology in underground mines,trackless rubber tire vehicle are widely used in the mine. But the combustion of diesel exhaust emissions on mine has polluted the air,seriously endangering the health of workers. In this paper,using the theory of similarity principle,through constructing analog simulation experiment of roadway,the distribution of particulate matter,CO,CO2 and other harmful substances were studied in different ventilation rate and different vehicles. The paper revealed the influences of ventilation rate and running speed of trackless tyred vehicle on diffusion of pollutants in the exhaust gas. It can provide a theoretical basis for the development of underground ventilation plan and the protection of mine safety measures.
