煤矿粉尘研究现状

摘    要:煤矿粉尘作为煤矿五大灾害(水、火、瓦斯、煤尘、顶板)之一,影响矿井安全生产、威胁职工身体健康。通过对国内外煤矿粉尘研究现状的分析与总结,归纳出目前常用的几种煤矿防尘措施,并对其优缺点进行了简要介绍。通过搜集相关文献资料,总结出煤矿粉尘的产生及分布特点,而关于煤矿粉尘危害,从煤尘浓度和性质两方面分析了其与尘肺病之间的关系,得出结论:煤矿粉尘中游离SiO2是导致尘肺病的主要有害成分;能进入肺泡并沉积的主要为粒径小于2.5 μm 的颗粒物。指出了针对井下PM2.5进行研究的必要性,并结合大气颗粒物的研究方法对煤矿粉尘的性质进行了初步研究。

Abstract:As one of the five major coal mine disasters(water,fire,gas,coal dust and roof),the coal dust has influenced the safety production of mine and threatened the physical fitness of the coal mine workers. Through analysis and summary of coal mine dust research status at home and abroad,the authors summed up several kinds of coal mine dust prevention measures which are commonly used,and briefly introduced their advantages and disadvantages. By collecting relevant literatures,the authors summed up the production and distribution characteristics of coal dust,and about the coal dust hazard,especially analyzed its relationship with pneumoconiosis from the aspects of coal dust concentration and nature. It was concluded that,SiO2 is the harmful ingredients which leading pneumoconiosis;only the particles which is less than 2.5 μm can enter the alveolar and deposition. At last,the authors pointed out the necessity of researching PM2.5 in underground mine,and made a preliminary research on the nature of coal dust combined with the research methods of atmospheric particulates.
