新能源参与电力系统调峰调频的仿真研究

摘    要:新能源接入电网后,导致电力系统运行稳定性变差,为此研究新能源参与电力系统调峰调频的仿真方法,提升调峰调频效果,确保电力系统稳定运行。考虑发电机组深度调峰、可中断负荷调峰对发电成本的影响,以发电成本最小为目标函数,以功率平衡、备用容量与机组最小启停时间等为约束条件,建立调峰优化模型;采用改进蚁群算法求解模型,获取最佳调峰控制策略;调峰结束后,通过调度中心按照系统频率偏差与联络线功率等参数求解功率缺额,发送调度指令至新能源站,令其配合电力系统控制发电机组出力,共同完成调频任务。实验结果表明:该方法具备较好的调峰和调频能力,且经过调峰后电网运行较为稳定,具备良好的应用性。

Abstract:After new energy is connected to the power grid,the operation stability of the power system becomes worse.Therefore,the simulation method of new energy participating in peak shaving and frequency modulation of the power system was studied to improve the effect of peak shaving and frequency modulation and ensure the stable operation of the power system.Considering the influence of deep peak shaving and interruptible load peak shaving on power generation cost,taking the minimum power generation cost as the objective function and the constraints of power balance,standby capacity and minimum startup and shutdown time of units,the peak shaving optimization model was established.The improved ant colony algorithm was used to solve the model and obtain the best peak shaving control strategy.After peak shaving,the power shortage shall be solved through the dispatching center according to the system frequency deviation,tie line power and other parameters,and the dispatching command shall be sent to the new energy station to cooperate with the power system to control the output of the generator set and jointly complete the frequency modulation task.The experimental results showed that this method has good peak shaving and frequency modulation ability,and the power grid operation is more stable after peak shaving.
