鄂尔多斯盆地致密油藏水平井体积压裂技术

摘    要:为实现鄂尔多斯盆地致密油藏水平井体积与产能的扩张,设计一种水平井体积压裂技术。利用Eclipse油藏数值模拟软件,构建致密油藏水平井流线模型,通过Front Sim模块,对流线模型实施油藏开发模拟。采用定射角定向定面射孔技术,实施水平井体积改造,构建储层与井筒之间的桥梁。确定体积压裂施工参数,保证井底净压力比水平两向应力差高,根据渗吸驱替过程,确定对应关井时间,实现致密油藏水平井体积压裂。测试结果表明,改造后水平井体积达到了1 000×104 m3左右,远大于改造前的水平井体积,初期阶段日产液量和日产油量分别提高了35倍和4.0倍,稳定阶段日产液量和日产油量分别提高了4倍和2倍,有一定的渗吸、置换作用,说明设计技术有明显的改造效果。

 Volume fracturing technology for horizontal wells in tight reservoirs in Ordos Basin

Abstract:In order to expand the volume and productivity of horizontal wells in tight reservoirs in Ordos Basin,a volume fracturing technology for horizontal wells was designed.Using the Eclipse reservoir numerical simulation software,the streamline model of horizontal wells in tight reservoirs was constructed,and the reservoir development simulation was carried out on the streamline model through the Front Sim module.The technology of fixed shooting angle and directional fixed area perforating was adopted,the volume of horizontal well was reconstructed,and the bridge between reservoir and wellbore was built.Determine the volume fracturing construction parameters to ensure that the bottom hole net pressure was higher than the horizontal two-way stress difference.Determine the corresponding shut in time according to the imbibition displacement process to achieve volume fracturing of horizontal wells in tight reservoirs.The test results showed that the volume of horizontal well after reconstruction reached 1 000×104 m3.The volume of the horizontal well before reconstruction was much larger than that of the horizontal well before reconstruction.The daily liquid production and daily oil production in the initial stage were increased by 3.5 times and 4.0 times respectively,while the daily liquid production and daily oil production in the stable stage were increased by 4 times and 2 times respectively,which had certain imbibition and displacement effects,indicating that the design technology had obvious reconstruction effects.
