摘    要:为方便工作人员学习和掌握配电网综合评价知识,能够全方位感知配电网运行状况,将传统配电网综合评价方法与具有互联性、开放性、结构化和形象化刻画知识的知识图谱技术相结合,提出了一种基于知识图谱的配电网综合评价方法。首先采用自顶向下和自底向上相结合的图谱构建方式,从模式层和数据层2方面构建图谱,并将其分为配电网实体图谱、评价逻辑图谱和案例图谱。其次,分析核心构建技术,知识推理技术,并结合实际评价场景,为评价流程各环节的实现提供思路。最后基于上述方法,展示实际评价案例中的评价逻辑图谱,验证了所述方法的可行性。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Distribution Network Based on Knowledge Graph

Abstract:In order to make the operating personnel enable to learn and master the knowledge of comprehensively evaluating distribution network so that they can perceive the operating status of distribution network comprehensively, through combining traditional comprehensive distribution method of distribution network with the knowledge graph technology and the latter possesses such features as interconnectivity and openness and can describe knowledge structurally and pictorially, a knowledge graph-based comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network was proposed. Firstly, a graph construction manner integrating the top-down manner with the bottom-up manner was utilized and from two aspects, i.e., the schema layer and data layer the graph was constructed and the constructed graph was divided into the entity graph of distribution network, the evaluation logic graph and the case graph. Secondly, the core construction technology and knowledge reasoning technology were analyzed, and combining with practical evaluation scene the ideas were provided for each link of the evaluation process. Finally, based on the proposed method the evaluation logic graph in practical evaluation case was displayed. Thus, the feasibility of the given method is verified.
