| Abstract: | In order to study the relationship between pressure-burnout-performance of engineering project safety management professionals，and explore ways to relieve stress，burnout and improve performance，a large number of samples were collected by questionnaire surveys，and ANOVA was used to study the statistical distribution of variables and the significance of differences，and exploring the correlations between variables through correlation analysis. The results show that:from the perspective of stress level，middle-aged professionals have greater pressure from work-family conflicts，and professionals with undergraduate degrees have greater pressure on career development；From the perspective of the correlation between stress-burnout and performance，job stress is positively correlated with job burnout and basically negatively correlated with safety performance，and job burnout is basically negatively correlated with safety performance；From the perspective of methods to relieve stress and burnout，improving salary levels has a significant effect. |
