Abstract:The industrial application of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalyst LDO-70 C for high coker gas oil blending ratio in 1.40 Mt/a FCC unit of Wulumuqi Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,was introduced.The results showed that compared with the blank calibration,under the condition of coker gas oil blending ratio increased from 25%to 30%(mass fraction),the yields of liquefied petroleum gas,gasoline and total liquid had increased by 0.30,2.86,1.50 percent points,while the dry gas,coke and diesel yields had decreased by 0.06,0.51,1.67 percent points.The volume fraction of saturated hydrocarbon gas in gasoline had been reduced by 2.1 percent points,the volume fraction of olefin and aromatic had increased by 0.5 and 1.6 percentage,research octane number had increased by 0.4 units;cetane value of diesel had no significant chang;and the volume fraction of propylene in liquefied petroleum gas had increased by 1.3 percent points.
