摘    要:考察了中国石油兰州石化公司低密度聚乙烯2420 H吹膜时吹胀比、加工温度、薄膜厚度对薄膜性能的影响.结果表明:当吹胀比为3.0时,薄膜的加工工艺稳定,横向拉伸断裂应力较高,鱼眼较少,透明性较好;加工温度在160~185℃时,薄膜拉伸性能、直角撕裂强度性能较佳;薄膜厚度对薄膜性能有明显影响.

Abstract:The effects of blow-up ratio,processing temperature and film thickness on the performance of low-density polyethylene(2420H)film in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,were investigated.The results showed that the blow-up ratio should not exceed 3.0,when the blow-up ratio was 3.0,the processing of the film was stable,the transverse tensile fracture stress was higher,the fisheye was lower and the optical performance was better.When the processing temperature was between 160-185℃,the tensile performance and right-angle tear strength of the film were better.The film′s thickness had a significant effect on film performance.
