干燥方法对细菌纤维素膜特性及结构的影响

摘    要:本文主要通过测定膜的厚度、吸水率、水蒸气透过率、透光率、力学性能等指标,研究三种干燥方法(直接干燥法、冷冻干燥法和匀浆后干燥法)对木醋杆菌制备的细菌纤维素膜特性的影响,并利用红外光谱、电镜扫描等设备分析细菌纤维素膜的结构。结果表明:干燥方法明显影响细菌纤维素膜的特性,冷冻干燥法制备的膜厚度值、吸水率和水蒸气透过率分别为0.47 mm、88.14%、53.28 g/m~2h,均显著高于其他两种样品(p<0.05);直接干燥法制备的膜的拉伸强度为46.7 MPa、冷冻干燥法制备的细菌纤维素膜的断裂伸长率为4.48%,显著性高于其他两者(p<0.05);直接烘干样品的透光性最好,且直接烘干样品和匀浆后干燥样品的透光率同波长呈正相关;直接干燥法、冷冻干燥法和匀浆后干燥法孔隙率分别为35.21%、69.27%、8.91%,且差异性显著(p<0.05)。细菌纤维素膜的扫描电镜结果显示:冷冻干燥样品结构松散、存在孔洞结构,直接烘干和匀浆后干燥样品结构较为紧致、孔洞较小,且扫描电镜结果与孔隙率结果相一致。红外光谱分析结果表明:三种样品均具有纤维素特征吸收峰,但峰尖锐程度和面积的大小受干燥方法影响较大。因此,干燥方法直接影响细菌纤维素膜的结构,从而影响膜的特性。

Abstract:Effects of drying methods( direct drying,freeze drying,and homogenization drying) on the properties( thickness,water absorption water vapor permeability,light transmittance,mechanical properties,and so on) of bacterial cellulose film prepared by Acetobacter xylinus were investigated by measuring the thickness,water absorption,water vapor permeability,light transmittance and mechanical properties of filmsstudied.The film was prepared by Acetobacter xylinus. Meanwhile,the structure of bacterial cellulose film was analyzed utilizing by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy( SEM) in order to reveal the mechanism of drying method to the film properties.There was a significant effect of drying method on the properties of bacterial cellulose films. The thickness,water absorption and water vapor permeability of freeze drying film were 0.47 mm,88.14% and 53.28 g / m2,respectively,which were apparently higher than that of the other films( p <0.05). The tensile strength of the direct drying film was 46.7 MPa,and the break elongation of the freeze drying film was 4.48%,which were apparently higher than that of the other films( p < 0.05).The light transmittance of direct drying film was best,and there was a positive correlation between the light transmittance and wavelength in the direct drying and homogenization drying films. The light transmittance of three kinds of films( prepared by direct drying,freeze drying,and homogenization drying) were 35.21%,69.27%,and 8.91%,respectively( p < 0.05).The structural structure of freeze drying sample was loose and pertusate by according to the SEM scanning electron microscopy analysis. The structural structure of direct drying and homogenized drying sample films was compact.The SEM results were highly consistent with the porosity of films.According to the infrared spectroscopy analysis,there was characteristic absorption peak of cellulose among the three kinds of films samples and the characteristics of the peak were affected by the drying methods.Thus,the impact of the drying methods had a significant effect on the bacterial cellulose film structure,and the properties of bacterial cellulose films were also affected by the drying methods.
