燃煤电站中锅炉燃烧烟气余热节能分析

摘    要:根据我国现有1 000 MW典型发电机组数据,从热力学角度定量分析了4种典型的烟气余热回收方案。对4种方案的烟气余热回收净输出功和标准煤耗率、热回收换热器的传递面积和烟气压降引起的引风机功增量进行了分析。对热回收方案进行了技术经济分析,充分考虑了因节能而降低的燃料成本、热能设备投资成本等多种因素,提出了优化设计参数的建议。结果表明,由于高段蒸汽替代方案换热面积较大,烟气压降因温差较低而减弱,采用高段蒸汽替代方案比低段蒸汽替代方案可以获得更高的节能效果以及烟气余热回收的节能效益。从技术经济的角度出发,烟气余热回收系统的高级蒸汽替代方案的性能并不总是随着回收热的增加而提高,而是存在一个最佳性能点。

Abstract:Based on the data of 1 000 MW typical generator units in China,this paper quantitatively analyzes four typical flue gas heat recovery schemes from the perspective of thermodynamics.The net output power and standard coal consumption of flue gas heat recovery,the transfer area of heat recovery heat exchanger and the power increment of induced draft fan caused by flue gas pressure drop are analyzed.The technical and economic analysis of the heat recovery scheme has been carried out, and various factors such as reduced fuel cost due to energy saving and investment cost of thermal energy equipment have been fully considered, and suggestions for optimizing design parameters have been put forward.The results show that due to the large heat exchange area of the high section steam substitution scheme and the weakening of the flue gas pressure drop due to the low temperature difference,the high section steam substitution scheme can obtain higher energy-saving effect and the energy-saving benefit of flue gas waste heat recovery than the low section steam substitution scheme.From the perspective of technology and economy,the performance of advanced steam alternative of flue gas heat recovery system does not always improve with the increase of recovered heat,but there is an optimal performance point.
