新生代进入建筑业的意愿研究

摘    要:基于特质?因素理论,梳理关于影响从业者意愿的关键要素,提出影响新生代进入建筑业因素的假设。以 187 份样本数据为基础,从 3 个维度 11 个主要因素构建结构方程模型,对假设进行验证。研究结果显示,假设均通过验证,个人、职业、社会 3 个层面的因素对新生代从业意愿均有影响,其中社会因素中的农民工形象、就业政策和职业认可度是影响新生代进入建筑业的最主要因素。在此基础上,分别从院校、企业和政府的角度,提出加强对建筑业从业人员的正面宣传、建立三方互通机制等提高新生代进入建筑业意愿的相关政策建议。

Abstract:Based on the theory of trait-factor, this research analyzes the key factors of the career preference, and puts forward thehypothesis that affects the new generation to enter the construction industry. Based on 187 samples, the structural equation modelwas constructed from 3 dimensions and 11 factors to verify the hypothesis. The results show that the factors of individual, occupationand society all have impacts on the new generation’s career preference. Among them, the image of migrant workers, employmentpolicy and professional recognition are the most important factors. Based on the analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the willingness of the new generation to enter the construction industry from the perspectives of the colleges, enterprises andthe government, such as strengthening the positive publicity of the construction workers and establishing a tripartite exchangemechanism.
