循环流化床锅炉高温过热器的优化设计

摘    要:目前 ,高温、高压循环流化床锅炉高温过热器都采用常规布置方式 ,高温过热器上部受热面的材料必须采用SA2 13-T9l,它价格昂贵、加工工艺复杂 ,使高温过热器的造价较高。为此 ,提出了高温过热器的优化布置方案 ,此方案比常规布置方案更经济 ,使高温过热器受热面价格仅为常规布置方案的 80 %。因此 ,优化布置方案应在高温、高压循环流化床锅炉高温过热器布置中推广使用。

Abstract:At present the conventional arrangement mode is widely used for HT superheaters of HT HP CFB boilers. The material used for the superheater must be SA213-T9l,which is expensive in price and complicated in fabrication. As a result the cost of the superheater is relatively higher. Therefore an optimized arrangement option is put forward,which is more economic than the conventional one and the price of its heating surface is 80% of that of conventional ones. So this option is worth to be popularized in arrangement of superheaters for HT HP CFB boilers.
