直接空冷机组降低凝结水溶氧的方法

摘    要:针对直冷机组凝结水溶氧在运行中存在的超标问题,分析了凝结水溶氧超标的几种原因,阐述了对某电厂8号机组进行实际溶氧情况试验来证明凝结水补水是凝结水溶氧超标的直接原因。文章还介绍了国内当前凝结水回水系统及其补水系统的配置,及其对这些系统的改造方案和改造后的效果。

Abstract:Pointing to excessive dissolved oxygen in condensate water,the paper analyses the reasons,and illustrates an actual dissolved oxygen test on No.8 unit in a certain power plant to prove that condensate make-up water is a direct cause of condensate excessive dissolved oxygen.The paper also introduces several configurations of domestic condensate return water system and its make-up system,and their retrofitting schemes and results after retrofitting.
