公司部分产品只要求耐大气腐蚀,以前我们对这些产品均采用18-8型奥氏体不锈钢,这样产品虽能达到设计要求,但随着不锈钢材料价格的上涨,零件的成本也越来越高,造成了一定程度上的“浪费”。为使产品设计、制造达到最佳性价比,我们选用日本JFE钢铁株式会社生产的JFE443CT高纯铁素体不锈钢替代18-8奥氏体不锈钢进行焊接性能试验。  相似文献

解析了多项专利、多方位创新和保护的调节阀新品种—笼式单座阀的设计思想及其专利结构。本文通过对调节阀的“功能-结构”解析以及对传统单座阀、笼式阀的“优-劣”结构比较,将单座阀、笼式阀两者特点合二为一,整合成一个产品。整合后的笼式单座阀性能远远优于整合前的单座阀、笼式阀,而生产成本又大幅度下降,性价比高。本文还介绍和纠正了传统调节阀设计中的许多误区和错误,对提升国产调节阀设计水平有所帮助。  相似文献

This paper presents the results of a conceptual study and simulation experimentation aimed at understanding the impact of three important types of flexibility on the lead-time performance of a manufacturing system. The three flexibility types, viz. transformation flexibility, sequencing flexibility and product flexibility have been identified based on a new conceptual model for flexibility in manufacturing systems and supply chains. The influence of these three flexibility types has been studied using simulation models. The studies indicated that among the three, product flexibility has the greatest influence followed by transformation flexibility and the sequencing flexibility. The reasons for the inferior performance of sequencing flexibility is found to be reduction of dynamic flexibility levels as compared to its static flexibility levels and the reasons for superior performance of product flexibility is found to be the lower movement of products within the manufacturing system.  相似文献

针对异步电机矢量控制系统参数辨识算法时间复杂度高,难以满足在线辨识要求,及基于网络的电机群控系统上位机计算能力浪费严重等问题,提出基于工业以太网Poweflink与无轨迹卡尔曼滤波算法的参数辨识方法,并以转子电阻辨识为例作了说明。系统性能分析与实验结果表明,这种将参数辨识算法放于上位机处理的方法,可以在现有硬件条件基本不变的情况下满足对电机进行高性能控制的要求。  相似文献

Two-body abrasive resistance has been determined as a function of tempering temperature for a conventional hot work die steel and two experimental hot work die steels. After tempering in the secondary hardening range both experimental steels exhibit abrasive wear resistance comparable with or superior to that of the conventional die steel. In addition, the abrasive wear behavior of the three steels has been assessed using an approach suggested by one of the authors which emphasizes the role of ductility in determining abrasive wear resistance. As suggested by that approach, the product of the wear ratio and the bulk hardness tends to decrease with increasing tensile strain to fracture.  相似文献

Silicon nitride, a nitrogen compound of highly covalent bond character, has low density, high hardness, low thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity and excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance. Therefore it is considered to be a promising material for high temperature engineering components.However, it has very poor sinterability compared with the conventional oxide ceramics owing to its low self-diffusivity. By investigating starting materials, sintering additives and processing, a hot-pressed silicon nitride ceramic having grains enveloped by crystalline boundary phases can be produced.The silicon-nitride-based ceramic has high strength, high Weibull modulus, fracture toughness and thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion compared with existing cutting tool ceramics such as Al2O3 + TiC, and it is expected to have superior thermal shock resistance.This new ceramic cutting tool shows superior performance in cutting cast irons at high speeds (10–16.75 m s?1 (600–1000 m min?1)) and rates (about 1.0 mm rev?1), where conventional tools cannot be used.  相似文献

Neutral phosphate esters are used as fire-resistant basestocks in several applications including hydraulic systems, turbines, and compressors. They are also used as grease basestocks, and in hydrocarbon-based lubricants and synthetic fluids as antiwear additives. Development aspects of a new synthetic triaryl phosphate ester is presented in this paper. This product provides superior hydrolytic stability and lower volatility than existing commercial phosphate esters. Additionally, it has excellent oxidative stability and is fire resistant. The performance characteristics of the fluid suggest use of this phosphate ester as a high stability antiwear additive or lubricant basestock, and in any application where stability is of primary importance.  相似文献

天线的发射和接收性能取决于反射面的形面精度,而结构刚强度是决定天线反射面形面精度的主要指标,因此对天线结构进行优化设计非常必要。文中提出了一种具有高刚重比的车载天线结构,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对天线自重、抗风载荷和振动载荷性能进行了力学仿真分析。仿真结果表明,井形背架结构和桁架形背架结构均可为反射面提供高刚度的结构支撑,桁架形背架结构在强度方面优于井形背架结构,其最大应力值比井形背架结构的最大应力值小43.8 MPa,从而验证了该高刚重比车载天线结构优化设计的合理性和可靠性,可为同类型天线的设计提供理论支撑。  相似文献

为解决传统两轴光电跟踪系统的跟踪盲区问题,实现空间目标的全方位跟踪,提出一种存在冗余自由度的三轴光电跟踪系统。在详细分析三轴光电跟踪系统运动学特性的基础上,运用四元数方法建立三轴光电跟踪系统运动学模型,并提出一种基于自适应差分进化算法的三轴全方位光电跟踪策略。通过对系统运动学模型进行分析,得到三轴转动角度之间的关系,从而将求取三轴转角增量组合的三变量优化问题简化为单变量优化问题,并将自适应差分进化算法应用于求取三轴角增量的最优组合当中。仿真和试验结果证明,此三轴光电跟踪策略避免以往三轴跟踪系统在跟踪过程中进行两轴切换的不连续性,可以真正实现系统的三轴联动全方位连续跟踪运动;同时,与现有的其他跟踪策略相比较,该三轴跟踪策略能够以更小的三轴转动角度实现目标的跟踪定位;因而提高了系统的快速性和跟踪性能,具有良好的工程应用价值。  相似文献

The magnetic fluid, having an ultra-low vapor pressure property of 7·0×10−10 Pa at 293 K, was prepared. Hexafluoropropylene oxide polymer oil having high molecular weight was used as base oil. Magnetic particles were dispersed by using two types of new designed and synthesized hexafluoropropylene oxide acid derivative surfactants. The obtained magnetic fluid had a saturation magnetization of 35·0 mT, its magnetite particles were dispersed stably and showed a superior resistance to active gasses. It was ascertained that the magnetic fluid vacuum seal using the prepared fluid had the ultra high vacuum performance.  相似文献
