模拟CSP工艺试制Hi-B钢在二次再结晶过程中不同退火温度下的组织和织构。使用Zeiss Axioplan金相显微镜(OM)观察试样组织,借助于NOVA400Nano SEM型场发射扫描电子显微镜进行微观织构EBSD检测分析。结果表明:Goss晶粒在1 040℃发生异常长大,异常长大之前晶粒细小均匀,有利的{111}〈112〉和{411}〈148〉织构为主要织构,异常长大后部分晶粒发生快速长大,组织则以Goss织构为主。Goss织构及{111}〈112〉和{411}〈148〉织构的取向差分布主要集中在20°~45°之间,高能晶界理论(HE)能够解释Goss晶粒的异常长大。基体的CSL晶界比例较低,且移动性差的∑3晶界比例较高,移动性好的∑5、∑7、∑9晶界比例较低,CSL晶界理论对于Goss晶粒的异常长大则不具有说服力。  相似文献

对无抑制剂取向硅钢不同压下率下初次再结晶退火后的显微组织、宏观织构和微观织构进行了研究.结果表明,冷轧板织构主要为α取向线{001}<110>、{112}<110>和{111}<110>织构以及γ取向线{111}<110>织构.初次再结晶退火后,α取向线织构减弱,织构主要为γ取向线{111}<112>织构.随冷轧压下率的增加,冷轧和初次再结晶织构强度增加.当压下率为88%时,初次再结晶退火后 Goss 织构和{111}<112>织构强度最高,最有利于发生二次再结晶.EBSD 分析显示,Goss 取向晶粒大多与{111}<112>取向晶粒相邻.提高冷轧压下率,Goss取向晶粒和{111}<112>取向晶粒都增加,Goss 取向晶粒偏离理想取向角度减少.  相似文献

结合鞍钢开发的厚度0.27 mm HiB取向硅钢的经验,研究了热轧、常化、冷轧、脱碳退火、高温退火等工序微观组织、织构的变化和演变规律。结果表明:热轧浅表层的组织为再结晶组织,中心层为未完全再结晶的带状组织,常化后均发生再结晶和再结晶组织的长大,取向硅钢的组织在冷轧和脱碳退火后转变为铁素体的等轴晶粒,经过二次再结晶后,Goss织构晶粒成长为毫米级的大晶粒。热轧浅表层是Goss{110}〈001〉织构的发源地,经过常化后Goss织构原位加强,冷轧后Goss织构转变为{111}〈112〉且部分残留在变形剪切带处,从而在二次再结晶时,形成了以Goss织构为主要织构组分的HiB取向硅钢。  相似文献

利用背散射电子衍射微织构分析技术及X射线衍射织构分析技术,结合对取向硅钢薄带再结晶各阶段退火板磁性能的分析,系统研究了其形变再结晶过程中的组织及织构演变.结果表明,薄带内原始高斯晶粒取向发生绕TD轴向{111}〈112〉的转变,同时晶粒取向还表现出绕RD轴的附加转动,这种附加转动及其导致的表层微弱立方形变组织可为再结晶立方织构的形成提供核心.退火各阶段样品磁性能的变化对应了{110}-{100}〈001〉有益织构及其他织构的强弱转变以及再结晶晶粒不均匀程度的变化,综合织构类型及晶粒尺寸的变化推断发生了二次及三次再结晶过程.升温过程再结晶织构演变主要体现了织构诱发机制,也即与基体存在绕〈001〉轴取向关系的晶粒长大优势结合高斯织构的抑制效应发挥作用;而在高温长时间保温后三次再结晶过程,{110}低表面能诱发异常长大发挥主要作用使得最终得到锋锐的高斯织构.   相似文献

在元取向硅钢中,{001}〈210〉织构具有良好的磁性,而采用两次冷轧法(中间退火温度为640℃)能够坩强这种织构。利用电子背散射图形(EBSP),测量退火过程中亚擞织构的变化来研究两次冷轧法生产的无取向电工钢{001}〈210〉奴构的形成机理。中间退火钢板的再结晶份数为60%,主要由〈111〉//ND小等轴再结晶晶粒和〈110〉//RD伸长变形晶粒组成.在最终退火期间,再结晶晶粒〈111〉//ND方向的长大被抑制。晶粒在{001}晶面〈210〉晶向上的长大使〈111〉//ND方向的再结晶晶粒被消耗。这是由于再结晶晶粒中第二次冷轧在〈111〉//ND方向引入的应变所造成的。所以,最终退火钢板的结构主要为{001}〈210〉织构。  相似文献

采用取向分布函数及金相分析方法研究了以Cu2S为主要抑制剂的低温板坯加热晶粒取向硅钢(%:0.04C、3.16Si、0.50Cu)在650~1 050℃高温退火中组织的演化过程。结果表明,该取向硅钢的初次再结晶温度为650~700℃,二次再结晶温度为1 000~1 050℃。初次再结晶后的主要织构强度以{111}〈110〉、 {112}〈110〉、 {111}〈112〉顺序减弱。初次再结晶组织的晶粒尺寸和织构强度在700~900℃变化很小,在900~1 000℃晶粒长大速度加快,{111}〈110〉、{112}〈110〉组分增强,而{111}〈112〉组分的强度基本保持不变。  相似文献

在480~750℃条件下,模拟罩式退火,利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射和金相显微硬度计研究了冷轧Ti-IF超深冲钢晶粒结构的变化,通过取向密度函数分析了再结晶过程织构演变规律。研究表明:冷轧Ti-IF超深冲钢的再结晶温度约为630℃,再结晶过程能够在660℃条件下2 h之内完成;冷轧后该钢主要有4种织构,分别是{001}〈110〉、{111}〈110〉、{111}〈112〉和{112}〈110〉;在退火再结晶过程中,{111}逐渐转变为γ-{111},当退火温度升至720℃时,{001}〈110〉和{112}〈110〉转变为纤维织构γ-{111},最终{111}〈110〉和{111}〈112〉成为主要织构类型。  相似文献

用二维元胞自动机方法 ,以 0 .0 2 %C铝镇静钢深冲板St15热轧、冷轧、退火再结晶组织和织构以及再结晶演变的实验结果为初始条件和参照 ,分别对 1.2mm冷轧深冲板 5 6 0~ 6 2 0℃退火再结晶和 70 0℃晶粒长大过程进行计算机模拟。得出 ,冷轧深冲板 5 6 0~ 6 2 0℃加热 12 0min再结晶完成 ,平均再结晶晶粒为 6μm ,再于 70 0℃加热 10h ,晶粒长大尺寸和织构趋于稳定 ,平均晶粒尺寸为 34μm ,织构以有利织构组分 { 111}〈110〉和 { 111}〈112〉织构为主。模拟结果与实验数据相符  相似文献

研究了27.5 mm热轧板的初始组织(热轧态,850℃退火、950℃退火)对冷轧态和870℃退火的0.5mm冷轧无取向硅钢50W600薄板(/%:0.004C、0.33Si、0.38Mn、0.099P、0.007S、0.32Al)织构演变的影响。结果表明,经冷轧后冷轧板织构中{100}〈011〉和{112}〈110〉织构密度明显增大,末退火热轧板轧成的冷轧板织构密度较退火热轧板轧成的冷轧板强;经未退火热轧板冷轧成的薄板再结晶退火后的织构中主要为{100}〈011〉、{110}〈011〉和{111}〈112〉,退火热轧板冷轧成的薄板再结晶退火后的织构除{100}〈011〉和{110}〈011〉外还有密度较强的高斯织构。  相似文献

研究了IF钢(/%:0.005C、0.02Si、0.16Mn、0.011P、0.004S、0.042Als、0.061Ti、0.003 1 N)0.8 mm冷轧板在500~800℃退火时的再结晶组织及织构,采用X射线衍射技术结合微观组织观察分析了IF钢罩式退火过程中{111}再结晶织构形成机制和显微组织演变规律。结果表明,随退火温度的升高,再结晶数量逐渐增多,640℃为实验钢实际再结晶温度,同时{111}再结晶织构强度亦逐渐增大,{111}取向的晶粒主要在再结晶过程中形成,并在{111}取向晶粒长大过程中,γ纤维织构之间也发生相互转化,主要由{111}〈112〉织构转变为{111}〈110〉织构。  相似文献

The textures of warm rolled low carbon and Ti-bearing extra low carbon steel sheets have been investigated using ODF's ECC-ECP (electron channeling contrast-electron channeling pattern) and selected area electron diffraction and the following results were obtained: (1) The main orientation of the low carbon steel sheet was near {113}〈110〉 while that of Ti-bearing extra low carbon steel was near 〈111〉//ND. (2) The recrystallization of the low carbon steel occurred mainly from deformed {100} grains while the main nucleation sites in the Ti-bearing extra low carbon steel were the grain boundaries of the deformed {111} grains. (3) The main orientations of grains recrystallized from deformed {100} grains are {100}〈110〉−{112}〈110〉 for both steels. (4) The orientation of the grains recrystallized from the deformed {111} grains of the Ti-bearing extra low carbon steel is mostly near 〈111〉//ND and that of the low carbon steel is mainly near {114}〈110〉. This difference is discussed in terms of the influence of carbon in solution on the crystal rotation at nucleation sites. (5) It is concluded that the different recrystallization textures formed in the two steels is explained by the difference in the preferred nucleation sites and in the local crystal rotations in the vicinity of grain boundaries.  相似文献

采用OM、EBSD、XRD分析研究了含Cu低温加热取向硅钢组织、织构的演变特征,研究结果表明:热轧板中存在铁素体层和珠光体层彼此交替的带状组织,且显微组织在厚度方向上分布不均匀,热轧板中{001}〈110〉、{112}〈110〉织构以及{110}〈001〉织构在板厚方向上分布不均匀;经过冷轧后,铁素体晶粒被严重拉长,形成了沿轧向伸长的纤维状组织,冷轧板织构类型主要是α织构和γ织构;脱碳时基体发生回复再结晶,显微组织为单一的铁素体等轴晶粒,织构主要为γ织构;二次冷轧板经渗氮后织构仅从强度上有所降低,其织构类型变化不明显。成品二次再结晶组织发展比较完善,晶粒尺寸约为10~20 mm。织构类型为锋锐的Goss织构。成品磁感B800达到了1.926 T,铁损P1.7/50为1.047 W/kg。  相似文献

The excellent deep drawability of interstitial free steel (IF steel) is closely related to its texture formed during recrystallization. The nucleation process of cold rolled IF steel at the early stage of recrystallization was investigated by electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD). The characteristics of the microstructure after deformation and the orientation of nucleation were observed. The results show that the deformed microstructure with 80% reduction could be subdivided into two groups. These two types of microstructure were characterized by their orientation and internal local misorientations. The nuclei with γ-orientation preferred to form in deformed bands with γ-orientation and at the boundaries between deformed grains with different orientations. The recrystallized grains with {111}<110> orientation appeared firstly in deformed matrix with {111}<112> orientation and consumed the matrix with {111}<112> to grow up, while the recrystallized grains with {111}<112> orientation were observed secondly in deformed matrix with {111}<110> orientation and consumed matrix with {111}<110> to grow up.  相似文献

Columnar grains in cast slabs of electrical steel show strong anisotropy in grain orientation and morphology and thus influence the subsequent microstructure and texture after hot rolling significantly. The texture evolution of hot rolled sheets containing initial columnar grains with their <100> directions approximately parallel to the rolling direction (RD), transverse direction (TD) and normal direction (ND) of the hot rolled sheets was investigated by using EBSD technique. The results indicated that, whatever the initial texture of the columnar grains was, typical Goss, brass-type and copper-type shear texture component could develop in shear-deformed surface region. The copper-type texture formed under the maximum shearing force with the fine, sheared or dynamically recrystallized grains, and Goss grains were mainly elongated and deformed grains, while brass grains behaved between them. Additionally, the rotating relationship of the three types of shear textures was different due to the restriction of grain boundaries. In homogenously deformed center region, the RD sample contained more {112} <110> grains, and TD sample was covered by {100} textures such as {100}<011> and {100}<021> with coarse grains, while the ND sample developed many {100}<011> grains which were attributed to more {100} grains in the initial sample. Remarkable texture transition occurred on both sides of grain boundaries when {110} grains were adjacent to α-fiber texture grains. It was found that significant texture gradient and preferred distribution of rotating axis existed in the soft orientation grains on the α-fiber when the grains neighbored hard grains on γ-fiber.  相似文献

设计并利用双辊薄带连铸工艺制备出取向Fe- 6. 5%Si钢铸带,研究了热处理工艺对铸态、形变和初次再结晶组织、织构及析出物的影响规律。结果表明,铸带退火可以促进铸态组织中的柱状晶长大,同时增加200nm以下MnS- AlN或MnS- NbN复合析出物的面密度。随着铸带退火温度升高,冷轧组织中变形带宽度以及带内剪切带长度增加,初次再结晶织构中{111}〈112〉组分增强,{110}〈001〉晶粒所占比例增大。铸带退火有助于改善冷轧板高温退火过程中的二次再结晶行为,提升产品磁性能。  相似文献

Texture evolution by grain growth in the presence of MnS and AIN precipitates in Fe-3% Si alloy was investigated by X-ray diffraction and electron channelling technique. Two texture groups A and B evolved from the primary texture (grain diameter of 6 μm) composed mainly of {111} 〈112〉 oriented grains. The group A (grain diameter of 2600 μm) were mainly composed of two subgroups, one with Goss oriented grains and another with Goss oriented grains rotated around ND axis by about 15 and 20°, while the group B (grain diameter of 700 μm) had an intensity level of about one seventh of that of the group A and had orientations centering around {112} 〈110〉. The ideal Goss or near Goss oriented grains of group A were infrequent in the primary recrystallized structure and made few Σ1 boundaries. They made large numbers of Σ9 boundaries though, or had a large value of the product (number of grains at orientation × number of σ9 boundaries made by them). The grains in orientations within the texture group B were fairly frequent in the primary structure and made large numbers of Σ1 boundaries. The value of the product (number of grains at orientation × number of Σ9 boundaries made by them) was large. The mechanism of the evolution of the A and B groups is considered to be due to (1), the higher mobility, in the presence of precipitate inhibitors, of adjacent grains in Σ9 coincidence or in coincidence orientations with a 〈110〉 rotation axis; (2), because Σ1 related grains are stable and less mobile under these conditions.  相似文献

研究了Sn含量和冷轧板厚度对取向硅钢冷轧板脱碳渗氮退火后组织和织构的影响,发现随着厚度减小和Sn含量增加,初次再结晶晶粒尺寸趋于减小,增加Sn含量导致对Goss取向形成的不利织构{001}〈120〉增加,而钢板厚度减薄时{111}〈112〉、{411}〈148〉等有利织构和{001}〈120〉不利织构均增加。Sn在氧化层中的含量显著小于基体,在氧化层/基体的界面处有显著的浓度梯度。虽普遍认为Sn的晶界偏聚是影响退火组织和织构的原因,但俄歇电子能谱只能偶然检测到,推测或是该偏聚不具有普遍性,或是其偏聚厚度极小超出了仪器检测的范围。  相似文献

在实验室按照薄板坯连铸连轧工艺流程试制了Fe-3%Si硅钢热轧板,采用EBSD和X射线衍射方法观察了A钢和B钢热轧板和常化板的织构组织,分析了α、ε和γ取向线上织构取向密度变化规律。A和B钢热轧板具有相似的{110}〈112〉和、{001}〈110〉和{001}〈010〉和高斯织构组织,A试样表层的晶粒均匀性较差,B试样具有较强的γ织构取向。采用EBSD观察比较了A钢和B钢热轧板和常化板的垂直TD面的EBSD微观织构组织,A钢和B钢常化退火后基本保留了热轧时形成的中心部位的组织,而次表层和表层晶粒发生了再结晶长大,晶粒组织和织构梯度减小,织构主要集中在{001}〈^-1^-10〉和{001}〈0^10〉和之间以及高斯织构上。常化后织构的总体强度下降,高斯强度减弱。试验研究结果为开发薄板坯连铸连轧短流程生产电工钢技术提供理论依据和参考数据。  相似文献

The phenomenon of secondary recrystallization in 3 pct Si-Fe electrical steel subjected to relatively high cold rolling reduction rates has been investigated. The texture of the secondary recrystallized sample that has a cold rolling reduction rate of 97.2 pct consists mainly of {110}〈112〉 component, which is quite different from the ideal Goss ({110}〈001〉) texture obtained after lower cold rolling reduction rates. The grain boundary character distribution (GBCD) analysis on the primary recrystallized sample with a cold rolling reduction rate of 97.2 pct indicates that the {110}〈112〉 component has the highest frequency of high energy (HE) boundary with a misorientation angle between 20 and 45 deg, whereas the Goss component in the sample subjected to lower cold rolling reduction rates has the highest frequency of HE boundary. These results indicate that the component with the highest frequency of HE boundary surrounding it after primary recrystallization has the privilege to outgrow other components during secondary recrystallization. However, the GBCD analysis for coincidence site lattice (CSL) boundary points out that the Goss component has the highest frequency of CSL boundaries in the primary recrystallized texture irrespective of the cold rolling reduction applied. These results suggest that the HE model can predict the orientation relationship between the primary and secondary recrystallized textures better than the CSL model.  相似文献
