基于D-S证据理论的航空发动机磨损故障智能融合诊断方法   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
油样分析方法目前已成为航空发动机磨损故障诊断的重要手段,但单一油样分析技术的诊断准确率均有限,为了提高故障诊断的精度,本文提出了基于D-S证据理论的发动机磨损故障智能融合诊断方法。首先用BP神经网络实现发动机磨损故障的单项智能诊断,然后,充分利用神经网络诊断结果,用D-S证据理论实现了磨损故障的融合诊断。最后,算例验证了本文方法的有效性。  相似文献

利用混沌神经网络,采用混沌动力学中的Logistic映射构造神经元,对发动机的相似早期磨损故障进行了有效诊断。通过故障模拟实验,对不同类型初期磨损故障的振动数据进行了采集和分析,发现其频谱特征具有较大的相似性,且各种初期磨损故障的李雅普诺夫指数大于0,具有混沌特征。用一般方法难以区分不同类型的初期磨损故障,而混沌神经网络能够有效地识别这些相似故障模式,对于发动机磨损故障的早期预防具有积极作用。  相似文献

针对航空发动机滑油光谱诊断专家系统的知识获取问题,本文建立了基于粗糙集理论的航空发动机滑油光谱诊断专家系统知识获取模型。首先建立反映光谱元素浓度及元浓度梯度与发动机磨损故障之间关系的典型故障样本集;然后运用粗糙集理论的离散、约简及规则提取等算法,从大量的故障样本中自动获取知识规则,并将知识规则存储于专家系统知识库中;最后,建立推理机,运用一定的推理策略实现发动机磨损故障诊断。本文利用航空发动机实测的油样光谱数据对所建立的粗糙集知识获取方法,进行了实例验证。  相似文献

针对航空发动机磨损故障诊断自动化及智能化程度不高的问题,提出一种基于油液数据挖掘的航空发动机磨损故障诊断知识获取方法。该方法利用自组织神经网络对原始多维特征数据进行特征融合,得到融合值;利用Parzen窗法制定融合值的界限值,将样本划分为正常、警告和异常3种状态;利用Weka软件对油液数据进行规则提取。该方法能够从油液光谱数据中识别出不同磨损状态信息,并提取出知识规则用于构建航空发动机磨损诊断系统的知识库,实现了基于润滑油光谱磨损数据的航空发动机故障诊断的自动化与智能化。应用某型飞机发动机实际油液光谱数据对提出的磨损故障诊断知识获取方法进行验证,结果表明:经特征融合得到的融合值能够准确反映航空发动机的劣化趋势;利用融合值的界限值划分样本状态,再进行规则提取时具有很高的识别率。  相似文献

建立新发展的分析模型,采用适当的数值计算方法,对光谱分析数据进行处理,以得到发动机各零部件在运行过程中的实际磨损量,并将这一技术应用于发动机零部件磨损试验。初步验证了这一技术应用于发动机摩擦、磨损分析、试验研究和运行监测、故障预测诊断的可能性,为今后发动机摩擦、磨损分析、试验研究和运行监测及故障预测、诊断提供了有益的途径。  相似文献

利用虚拟仪器技术实现基于模糊支持向量机的航空发动机润滑系统故障诊断。通过对润滑油油液中磨损元素进行光谱识别与分析,提取故障诊断所需的特征参数作为支持向量机的学习样本,使用ActiveX技术在LabVIEW中调用MATLAB.m文件,完成对润滑系统的故障诊断,并比较了基于BP神经网络的诊断方法与模糊SVM故障诊断方法的诊断结果。结果表明:模糊SVM方法在故障诊断速度和诊断准确性方面都具有明显优势,其平均故障识别率达到95%以上。  相似文献

在齿轮故障诊断领域中,对齿轮早期磨损故障实现有效诊断具有重要意义。然而,早期磨损故障特征弱,诊断难度大。针对该问题,提出了一种基于稀疏注意力机制的齿轮早期磨损故障诊断模型,采用一种新的稀疏注意力机制结合卷积神经网络,改进传统分段序列注意力机制,实现了具体故障频率定位。应用齿轮箱故障模拟实验数据进行测试验证,相比其他诊断方法,所提方法能够在同等样本条件与计算代价下,实现更为准确全面的诊断,降低分析成本,获得敏感故障特征频率,为齿轮维护提供数据支撑。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
