针对互联网站点信息海量和结构复杂的趋势,推荐系统被用来协助互联网用户方便快捷地找到所需信息,培养用户忠诚度。Web挖掘技术在处理海量数据和稀疏数据上有着先天的优势,所以Web挖掘技术在推荐系统中得到了越来越广泛的研究和应用。基于Web挖掘的推荐系统所使用的主要技术有聚类、关联规则、序列模式等等。然而,这些技术往往不能在推荐的准确性和覆盖范围方面做到两全。综合这几种技术,取其优点去其缺点,提出了一种新的算法(AIR算法)。通过基于实际使用数据的详尽的实验评估,可以证明该算法能够在准确性和覆盖范围方面明显提高推荐系统的整体性能。  相似文献

Image segmentation quality significantly affects subsequent image classification accuracy. It is necessary to develop effective methods for assessing image segmentation quality. In this paper, we present a novel method for assessing the segmentation quality of high-spatial resolution remote-sensing images by measuring both area and position discrepancies between the delineated image region (DIR) and the actual image region (AIR) of a scene object. In comparison with the most frequently used area coincidence-based methods, our method can assess the segmentation quality more objectively in that it takes into consideration all image objects intersecting with the AIR of a scene object. Moreover, the proposed method is more convenient to use than the existing boundary coincidence-based methods in that the calculation of the distance between the boundary of the image object and that of the corresponding AIR of the scene object is not required. Another benefit of this method over the two types of method above is that the assessment procedure of the segmentation quality can be conducted with less human intervention. The obtained optimal segmentation result can ensure maximal delineation of the extent of scene objects and can be beneficial to subsequent classification operations. The experimental results have shown the effectiveness of this new method for both segmentation quality assessment and optimal segmentation parameter selection.  相似文献

Mobile clouds are used by many people via a network service to share the computing resources, because of the unification management of data and low cost. In case of the mobile device, the network access devices are frequently used by many software installed via the installer software. Considering the effect of the debugging process on mobile software in the development of a method of reliability assessment for the mobile clouds, it is necessary to grasp the situation of installer software, the network traffic, the installed software, etc.In this paper, we develop an integrated method of reliability assessment considering the software failure and network traffic based on a hazard rate model and neural network for the mobile clouds. In particular, we develop the AIR application for reliability analysis based on the proposed method. Then, we show the performance examples of the developed AIR application to analyze the method of software reliability assessment for the mobile clouds.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel approach to immune model-based fault diagnosis methodology for nonlinear systems is presented. The diagnosis scheme consists of forward/inverse immune model identification, filtered residual generation, the fault alarm concentration (FAC), and the artificial immune regulation (AIR). A two-link manipulator simulation was employed to validate the effectiveness and robustness of the diagnosis approach. The simulation results show that it can detect and isolate actuator faults, sensor faults, and system component faults efficiently.  相似文献

Aircraft accident investigation has played a pivotal role in improving the safety of aviation. Advances in recorder technology, specifically Cockpit Voice Recorders (CVRs) and Flight Data Recorders (FDR) have made a huge contribution to the understanding of occurrences for accident investigators. However, even these recorders have limitations such as the evidence they provide about pilots' situation awareness or behaviours. Supplementing audio and data recordings with video has been discussed for many years and whilst there continues to be debate among regulators, operators, manufacturers and pilot unions, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has mandated Airborne Image Recorders (AIR) from 2023. The purpose of installing such systems is to provide evidence of crew operational behaviours in terms of both human-human and human-computer interactions (HCI) on the flight deck. Video alone is unlikely to provide sufficient evidence for investigators. This study examines the additional value that eye-tracking technology may provide through the case study of an accident involving an Airbus A330-300 aircraft which experienced a rejected landing. Currently, the investigation of such events, where crew interaction with automation is critical to their situation awareness, relies heavily on interview data. Such data may be unavailable (in the case of serious injury) or unreliable (based on hindsight bias). By integrating eye tracking technology into an AIR, accident investigators will potentially gain a better understanding of pilots’ visual scan patterns across flight deck instrumentation. This has implications for flight deck and procedural design as well as training and simulation.  相似文献
