通过KH-550和聚乙二醇对碳化硅微粉进行接枝改性,制得改性碳化硅微粉,将改性碳化硅微粉与硅橡胶共混制得碳化硅/硅橡胶复合材料。采用激光粒度仪、扫描电镜对碳化硅微粉进行了表征,并对复合材料的拉伸强度、耐磨性、热稳定性能和表面形貌分别进行了表征。结果表明:当改性碳化硅微粉加入12份时,硅橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度达到3.27 MPa,与硅橡胶相比增加了81.67%;磨耗比为1.41%,降低了37.74%;初始分解温度与硅橡胶相比提高了12.2℃,达到374.7℃;扫描电镜显示表面改性后的碳化硅微粉与硅橡胶界面的相容性得到改善。 相似文献

聚碳酸酯微粉/气相白炭黑杂化增强硅橡胶 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用磨盘形力化学反应器常温粉碎制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)微粉,在硅橡胶的常规补强体系中,引入PC微粉部分代替白炭黑,实现了对硅橡胶的杂化增强,在一定程度上改善了硅橡胶复合材料的力学性能。考察了PC微粉添加量、粒径以及表面处理白炭黑对硅橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,用PC微粉部分代替白炭黑,可以大幅度提高硅橡胶复合材料的断裂伸长率,从230%提高到最大320%左右,撕裂强度从12.3kN/m提高到最大14.6kN/m,复合材料的硬度显著降低,从78降低至68,白炭黑经硅烷偶联剂处理后,硅橡胶复合材料的硬度减小为63。 相似文献

While silicone rubber has a much lower shear viscosity than that of fluororubber, the viscosity of silicone rubber/fluororubber blends is closer to that of silicone rubber. All rubber compositions show pseudoplastic behavior. While the viscosity of a 50/50 silicone rubber/fluororubber blend increases on replacement of the silicone rubber by silicone rubber vulcanizate powder (SVP), the effect of fluororubber replacement by the corresponding fluororubber vulcanizate powder (FVP) on the shear viscosity is less pronounced. The difference in viscosity between SVP‐replaced silicone rubber and FVP‐replaced fluororubber becomes less prominent at higher shear rates. Fluororubber exhibits a higher extrudate die swell than that of silicone rubber. The die swell of the silicone rubber/fluororubber blends is higher than are the figures obtained by the additivity rule. Replacement of constituent rubbers in the blend by the corresponding vulcanizate powders causes an increase in the die swell. While the silicone rubber extrudate surface is smooth, the fluororubber extrudate shows melt fracture. The extrudate surfaces of the silicone rubber/fluororubber blends are similar to that of the silicone rubber extrudate. Replacement of constituent rubbers by the corresponding vulcanizate powders increases the roughness of the extrudate surface, which is more prominent in the case of silicone rubber replacement by SVP. SVP can replace 50% of silicone rubber and FVP can replace 75% of fluororubber in the 50/50 silicone rubber/fluororubber blend. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Flexible heaters were prepared by extruding platinum‐catalyzed silicone rubber composites with conductive carbon black (CB) and metallic fillers. The conductor resistivity of the extruded heaters decreased in order of conductive titanium dioxide (TiO2) > aluminum powder ≈ zinc powder > copper powder. Thermoelectric switching phenomena were investigated for the silicone rubber/CB/metallic powder systems. The positive temperature coefficient effect was dependent mainly on the CB content rather than on the content of the metallic powders. Resistivity and thermal reproducibility of the extruded heaters were also investigated by periodically applying AC voltage of 110 V. 为了使水性硅橡胶具有实用价值,本文采用定性测试的方法,较系统地对有机锡催化体系室温硫化(RTV)水性硅橡胶粘接性进行了研究。结果表明,水性硅橡胶的粘接性随体系pH值的升高而提高;在一定范围内,水性硅橡胶的粘接性随催化剂用量或交联剂用量的减少而得到改善;加入适当的增黏剂、羟基稳定剂、或使用潜伏性活性基团的底涂剂都有助于改善水性硅橡胶的粘接性。 相似文献
