随着生活水平的提高,商业建筑越来越在人们的日常生活中占据了重要地位。与此同时,商业建筑的火灾也带来了经济和生命安全上的危险。我国现行的防火规范主要为《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016-2014),是针对普遍性的建筑,商业建筑因人们对其特殊的需求,具有其特殊性,通常具有体量大、结构复杂、可燃物多、功能复杂等特点。本文从研究目的、商业建筑的火灾特点和疏散影响因素、现行的综合性商业建筑安全疏散设计等方面对综合性商业建筑防火疏散做出研究,为提出性能化防火设计新思路作好铺垫工作。 相似文献

An experimental investigation of ground-level wind conditions around buildings with chamfered corners has been carried out in the boundary-layer wind tunnel of the Building Aerodynamics Laboratory of the Centre for Building Studies. Experiments included models of both square and chamfered buildings of various heights ranging between 60 and 180 m exposed to a simulated open country terrain. Chamfered buildings were represented by six models with faces of different length always chamfered at a 45° angle. The effect of roof chamfer was also examined.Results indicate that chamfering a corner of a tall square building at 45° to its original faces may significantly reduce the size of strong wind area in the corner stream. This reduction is more pronounced for taller buildings and occurs for normal and oblique wind directions as well. Gandemer's comfort parameters, Ψ, including some effect of turbulence give results consistent with mean velocity ratios around buildings with chamfered corners. 相似文献

Successful strategies towards minimizing the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions attributed to the building sector require knowledge on the energy-related characteristics of the existing building stock. Despite the numerous studies on energy conservation applications in buildings, current knowledge on the energy-related characteristics of the building stock still remains limited. Building typologies can be a useful instrument to facilitate the energy performance assessment of a building stock. This work is based on a harmonised structure for European building typologies (TABULA) developed for residential buildings, but the methodology may be extended to the tertiary sector as well. National typologies are sets of model buildings with characteristic energy-related properties representative of a country's building stock. The model buildings are used as a showcase for demonstrating the energy performance and the potential energy savings from typical and advanced energy conservation measures (ECMs) on the thermal envelope and the heat supply system. The proposed Hellenic residential building typology is presented for the first time along with an assessment of various ECMs that are used for an estimate of the energy performance of building stock in Greece in an effort to meet the 9% indicative national energy savings target by 2016. 相似文献

The Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method (HK-BEAM), Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) and LEED were formally launched in the 1990's. How well the certified and rated buildings compare with each other of an interest to building designers and policy makers. This paper describes how the baseline buildings, performance criteria and the credit scales of the three schemes compare with each other. By statistical analysis of the energy assessment results of 60 HK-BEAM certified buildings and the available data for BREEAM and LEED, it seeks to ascertained of buildings scoring excellent energy performance under different schemes belong to the top 5% in the market. Through this exercise, a systematic approach to benchmark the energy assessments across schemes has been established. With people nowadays paying greater attention to the environmental issues and the rapid development of the environmental schemes in various parts of the world, this study forms a good basis for future benchmarking of energy assessment schemes across nations. 相似文献
