利用单边切口薄板对配制的聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基复合材料进行单轴直接拉伸试验研究,得到硬化的荷载-裂缝张开位移全曲线。通过试验观察到缺口尖端处出现呈发散状的多条微小裂纹,部分试件在远离切口处还有多条裂缝出现,并不像混凝土或水泥净浆这类半脆性、脆性材料只有单条裂缝并沿着单条路径开裂,因此,适用于应变软化材料的双K断裂理论以及断裂能理论不能直接用在应变已经发生假硬化的材料中。鉴于上述原因,该文提出起裂断裂韧度和耗散能两个韧性评价指标。  相似文献

基于虚拟裂缝模型的混凝土等效断裂韧度   总被引:11,自引:2,他引:9  
本文采用虚拟裂缝模型,将临界裂缝尖端张开位移CTODc作为控制参数,利用三点弯曲梁试件通过迭代求得了混凝土裂缝亚临界扩展量的临界值△ac,据此求得了混凝土起裂断裂韧度KiniIc、等效断裂韧度KunIc值。计算结果表明,随着试件尺寸的增大,△ac增大,但KiniIc、KunIc值却是与试件尺寸无关的断裂参数。这表明线弹性断裂韧度准则可应用于混凝土结构的裂缝评定。  相似文献

为研究加载速率对高性能水泥基复合材料(High-performance cement-based composites,HPCC)断裂性能的影响,本研究对带预制裂缝的HPCC矩形梁进行了三点弯曲测试.以裂缝嘴张开位移(Crack mouth opening displacement,CMOD)为加载控制参数,加载速率分别为0.001 mm/s、0.01 mm/s和0.1 mm/s,试件内钢纤维体积掺量分别为0%和2%(均为质量分数).基于荷载-裂缝嘴张开位移(P-CMOD)曲线分析了第一裂纹应力、弹性模量、弯曲强度、失稳韧度以及断裂能等一系列断裂特征参数随加载速率的变化规律.试验结果表明:(i)第一裂纹应力和弹性模量几乎不受钢纤维含量和加载速率的影响;(ii)HPCC弯曲强度与应变率比呈对数关系,且含钢纤维HPCC的弯曲强度率效应更明显;(iii)含钢纤维HPCC的失稳韧度和断裂能有很大程度的提升,但其对加载速率的敏感性较低.掺钢纤维能够有效提高HPCC材料抵抗冲击荷载的能力.  相似文献

该文弯曲断裂试验获得了不同应变率下界面的抗拉强度、荷载-加载点位移曲线、荷载-裂缝口张开位移曲线、起裂荷载和峰值荷载,通过夹式引伸计法和DIC法获得了临界裂缝扩展长度。并计算了界面断裂能及双K断裂参数,分析了不同应变率下界面断裂过程区演化规律及特征长度的变化。结果表明:随应变率的增大,断裂能和起裂韧度增大,临界裂缝长度和失稳韧度先增加后减小,断裂过程区长度及特征长度随应变率的提高而减小。该文从裂缝发展路径、自由水粘性、惯性效应三方面探讨了岩石-混凝土界面断裂参数的率效应。  相似文献

该文采用峰值荷载法研究了全级配水工混凝土试件的断裂参数。通过有限元方法,得到了适用于全级配水工混凝土的非标准楔入劈拉试件的应力强度因子K、裂缝嘴张开口位移CMOD计算公式以及裂缝张开位移CODCMOD比值COD/CMOD的相关曲线。基于相关断裂试验,通过该文所提公式得到了全级配水工混凝土的等效断裂韧度与临界裂缝尖端张开口位移CTODc等断裂参数。研究结果表明:峰值荷载法可应用于截面尺寸不同而缝高比相同的全级配水工混凝土试件,峰值荷载法只需实测各试件的峰值荷载,就可方便确定全级配水工混凝土的断裂参数。  相似文献

为研究混凝土/岩石界面在复合型应力条件下的动态断裂性能,考虑四种应变率(10-5~10-2 s-1)及三种模态(21.8°,41.7°和60.3°)工况,对混凝土/花岗岩复合试件进行了四点剪切试验,获得了荷载与裂缝张开位移及裂缝剪切位移的关系曲线;结合界面力学理论和结构动力分析得到了界面Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型动态应力强度因子,据此得到并分析了断裂韧度、应变能释放率的率相关性及模态比相关性。结果表明:在所研究的应变率和模态角范围内,同一时刻的裂缝张开位移均大于裂缝剪切位移;Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型断裂韧度均随应变率的提高而增加,Ⅰ型断裂韧度随模态角的增大而减小,Ⅱ型断裂韧度随模态角的增大而增加;应变能释放率随应变率和模态角的增加均呈现出增长趋势。  相似文献

为了获取环氧沥青混凝土的裂纹起裂与失稳扩展临界点,重构了环氧沥青混凝土非均质(集料、砂浆和空隙)多层次(矿料级配)结构三维虚拟试件,采用离散元方法实施了单边切口小梁虚拟三点弯曲试验,借助数字摄像法捕捉了室内小梁试件表面裂纹发展情况,分析了裂缝发展过程中裂缝尖端张开位移(CTOD)和裂缝口张开位移(CMOD)之间的变化关系。研究结果表明:裂尖张开位移δ25参数的使用为理解实际流入断裂带用于裂缝扩展的那部分能量开辟了一条新思路;裂缝尖端张开位移和裂缝口张开位移关系曲线的两个转折点描述了裂缝起裂和临界失稳扩展状态,环氧沥青混凝土断裂过程中裂缝的扩展经历了起裂、稳定扩展和失稳扩展3个阶段;δ25-CMOD曲线分析法可以作为研究沥青混凝土材料断裂行为的辅助手段。  相似文献

通过不同钢纤维体积分数及不同试件尺寸的预制缺口三点弯曲梁断裂试验,研究了普通乱向及定向钢纤维增强水泥基复合材料的抗起裂特性。利用试验测得的荷载-裂缝口张开位移曲线,分析了钢纤维对水泥基复合材料断裂性能的影响,并基于线性相关系数陡降法计算了起裂韧度。结果表明,定向钢纤维增强水泥基复合材料的起裂韧度明显高于普通乱向钢纤维增强水泥基复合材料;起裂韧度随钢纤维体积分数的增加而逐渐增大,当钢纤维体积分数达到0.9%左右时,定向钢纤维增强水泥基复合材料的起裂韧度值趋于稳定;在本试件高度范围内(40~100mm),起裂韧度随试件尺寸增加而逐渐增大,且定向钢纤维增强水泥基复合材料的增长趋势较为平缓。此外,从裂缝尖端夹杂改变其应力强度因子的角度解释了钢纤维的掺入及定向对起裂韧度的提高作用。  相似文献

采用跨高比为2.5的非标准三点弯曲梁试件,利用在试验中测得的最大荷载Pmax对应的裂缝口张开位移CMODc,根据渐近线性叠加假设,求得了砼缝亚临界扩展量△ac.在此基础上,采用虚拟裂缝模型计算了不同初始缝长,不同试件高度的砼非标准三点弯曲梁试件的起裂断裂韧度K^iniIC,失稳断裂度K^umIC及临界裂缝尖端张开位移CTODc,计算结果表明,砼K^umIC与试件高度及初始缝高比无关,而K^iniIC在初始缝高比a0/h=0.3-0.5内,也是一稳定的常数且试件高度无关,这说明砼双K断裂参数可作为砼的材料常数。  相似文献

A parametric experimental study has been conducted to investigate the effect of polypropylene fibers on the fracture properties of cement treated crushed rock (CTCR), which is a new pavement composite material. By means of three-point bending method, the fracture toughness, fracture energy, the ultimate deflection in span center, critical crack mouth opening displacement, critical crack tip opening displacement, maximum crack mouth opening displacement and maximum crack tip opening displacement of the specimen of CTCR reinforced with polypropylene fibers were measured respectively. The test results indicate that the addition of polypropylene fibers is helpful to improve the fracture properties of CTCR. Polypropylene fibers have great improvement on the fracture parameters of CTCR. Besides, the fracture parameters increase gradually and the fracture relational curves are becoming plumper and plumper when the fiber volume fraction increases from 0% to 0.1%. Furthermore, the capability of polypropylene fiber to resist crack propagation of CTCR appears to be becoming stronger and stronger with the increase of fiber volume fraction with the fiber volume fraction not beyond 0.1%.  相似文献

采用最大尺寸为680mm×160mm×40mm的标准三点弯曲梁试件,利用在初始裂缝两侧粘贴电阻应变片并利用混凝土裂缝扩展到此处时其应变回缩的方法测得了起裂荷载Pini,在此基础上根据Pini及初始缝长a0得到了起裂断裂韧度KIiCni;根据在试验中测得的最大荷载Pmax及对应的裂缝口张开位移CMODC计算了混凝土等效裂缝长度aC,据此计算了失稳断裂韧度KIuCn。结果表明:采用电阻应变片法可准确测定混凝土的起裂荷载Pini,且方法简单。试验结果还表明:在本试验范围内,三点弯曲梁法测得的混凝土双K断裂参数KIiCni、KIuCn与试件高度无关,进一步说明了混凝土双K断裂参数可以作为描述混凝土裂缝扩展的断裂参数。  相似文献

There is an increasing effort to use critical stretch zone width (SZW) for the evaluation of initiation fracture toughness that is considered as geometry independent material property. The existing numerical SZW evaluation method is based on crack tip opening displacement measurement, which is evaluated using various definitions. This numerical method also does not define the critical stage for critical SZW measurement. This work attempts to establish a procedure for numerical determination of SZW, its critical value (SZWc) and initiation fracture toughness using tensile test data. The proposed methodology also tries to explain the mechanism involved in the creation of stretched zone and thus defines the stage to calculate critical SZW. Numerical analyses have also been carried out to understand the role of crack tip constraint in standard fracture specimen during the blunting process and the tensile test sample.  相似文献

The current paper presents a comprehensive comparison of double-K fracture toughness parameters of concrete evaluated using experimental method and four existing analytical methods. Fracture tests were carried out on compact tension wedge splitting specimens with various depths varying from 200 mm up to 1000 mm. In the analytical calculation, depending on the relationship between critical crack tip opening displacement and the abscissa value of turning point on bilinear softening curve, two different distributions of cohesive stress are considered along crack extension. Results show that four available analytical calculations yield almost the same values of double-K fracture toughness parameters and agree well with those obtained from the experiment, which confirms the consistency of five approaches. Size effect was discussed, including unstable fracture toughness, initiation fracture toughness, critical effective crack length, the length of critical fracture process zone and critical crack tip opening displacement.  相似文献

This research discusses polypropylene fibres and three sizes of steel fibres reinforced concrete. The total fibre content ranges from 0% to 0.95% by volume of concrete. A four-point bending test is adopted on the notched prisms with the size of 100×100×500 mm3 to investigate the effect of hybrid fibres on crack arresting. The research results show that there is a positive synergy effect between large steel fibres and polypropylene fibres on the load-bearing capacity and fracture toughness in the small displacement range. But this synergy effect disappears in the large displacement range. The large and strong steel fibre is better than soft polypropylene fibre and small steel fibre in the aspect of energy absorption capacity in the large displacement range. The static service limitation for the hybrid fibres concrete, with “a wide peak” or “multi-peaks” load–CMOD patterns, should be carefully selected. The ultimate load bearing capacity and the crack width or CMOD at this load level should be jointly considered in this case. The KIC and fracture toughness of proper hybrid fibre system can be higher than that of mono-fibre system.  相似文献

In the present study, mechanical properties and fracture toughness of graphite as a brittle material were investigated. At first, some specimens were examined in two perpendicular directions to derive Young's modulus and ultimate tensile strength. Then, graphite fracture toughness tests were conducted using some three‐point bending specimens with a sharp machined V‐notch by two different methods. The first method is based on the applied force at the moment of fracture, and the second one uses energy released during the test. Moreover, a technique was adopted to reduce differences between the two methods. It was observed that considering the effect of dehydration of the specimens, the fracture toughness was reduced by about 8%. Finally, crack growth simulation of the experiment was performed and indicated that finite element analysis predicts about 25% lower crack length values when critical energy release rate is utilized as a crack growth criterion instead of fracture toughness. In other words, the required input displacement for crack growth would be overestimated by using the critical energy release rate criterion.  相似文献
