讨论了基于反馈线性化的鲁棒控制方法在在非线性系统控制中的应用.应用基于微分几何的反馈线性化方法将单相电极调节系统等价为完全可控线性系统,考虑三相耦合及弧长扰动的影响,设计了鲁棒自适应控制器,进行了MATLAB仿真.结果表明,基于反馈线性化鲁棒控制方法,可以有效克服三相耦合和弧长扰动的影响,在电弧炉电极调节系统控制中有一定的潜力.  相似文献

电弧炉炼钢系统是一个非线性、强耦合、多变量的系统,采用传统的PID控制很难取得理想的控制效果。基于恒阻抗控制策略,运用模糊数学的基本理论和方法设计模糊自适应PID控制器,该控制器可实时调整PID参数,使电极调节系统工作在最佳状态。仿真结果表明控制器能够有效地调节电极的升降,将电弧的弧长控制在期望值,可有效降低能耗,提高炼钢产品质量。  相似文献

分析了电弧炉电极调节系统的非线性与三相耦合特征。采用了电路网络来模拟电弧炉主电路的非线性。在此基础上,针对控制对象的复杂性,采用模糊控制方法来对其进行控制,并用遗传算法对模糊规则进行了优化。采用Matlab6.5对电弧炉电极调节系统进行了模糊控制与传统PID控制的仿真。仿真结果表明:与PID控制比较,采用遗传算法优化后的模糊控制的控制效果是令人满意的。为电弧炉的控制提供了数字仿真支持。  相似文献

To simulate the process of electrode operation, a dynamic model describing the electrode system of three-phase electric arc furnace was developed. This new model can be divided into three submodels in terms of the practical situation. They are the power supply system model the electric arc model and the hydraulic actuator system model. According to the basic circuit theory, the power supply system model where the high voltage transmission circuit and mutual inductances were considered, was set up. The electric arc model, which was novel for the electrode control, served as the electrical load and was connected to the power supply system model. The hydraulic actuator system model consists of the proportional valve part that is modeled to capture the dead-zone nonlinear characteristics and the hydraulic cylinder part where the impact of the load force is taken into account. By comparing simulation data and actual data, the results show that the electrode system model is proved to be accurate.  相似文献

Based on the analysis of three-dimensional power conductor for DC arc furnace, the electric arc deflection model was set up and the control system of the arc direction was configured. According to the bus bar distribution at the bottom electrodes cooled by water, the arc direction control principle and its configuration were described, The simulation results show that the control system can restrain the electric arc deflection and control the arc direction.  相似文献

Taking three-phase electrode adjusting system of submerged arc furnace as study object which has nonlinear, time-variant, multivariable and strong coupling features, a neural adaptive PSD(proportion, sum and differential) dispersive decoupling controller was developed by combining neural adaptive PSD algorithm with dispersive decoupling network. In this work, the production technology process and control difficulties of submerged arc furnace were simply introduced, the necessity of establishing a neural adaptive PSD dispersive decoupling controller was discussed, the design method and the implementation steps of the controller are expounded in detail, and the block diagram of the controlled system is presented. By comparison with experimental results of the conventional PID controller and the adaptive PSD controller, the decoupling ability, adaptive ability, self-learning ability and robustness of the neural adaptive PSD dispersive decoupling controller have been testified effectively. The controller is applicable to the three-phase electrode adjusting system of submerged arc furnace, and it will play an important role for achieving the power balance of three-phrase electrodes, saving energy and reducing consumption in the process of smelting.  相似文献

For predicting and controlling the melted depth of bottom electrode during the process of steelmaking,the water-cooling steel stick electrode is taken as an example.to analyze the process of heat transfer,then 3D mathematical model by control capacity method is built.At the same time,the measurement on the melted depth of bottom electrode is conducted which verified the correctness of the built mathematical model.On the base of verification,all kinds of key parameters are calculated through the application and a series of results are simulated.Finally,the optimum parameters are found and the service life of bottom electrode is prolonged.  相似文献
