制酸烧渣综合回收铜钴实验 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
利用沸腾焙烧得到的硫铁矿制酸烧渣为原料,进行了酸浸、铜萃取、除铁、沉钴、尾渣氰化等综合回收铜钴实验研究。实验结果表明,采用沸腾焙烧—酸浸—萃取—除铁沉钴工艺可得到合格的铁精粉;酸浸铜浸出率为70.08%,钴浸出率为60.07%;铜萃取率93.6%,反萃率93.8%;萃余液除铁率大于99.9%,沉钴率大于98.9%。 相似文献

研究了从低浓度钴溶液中除去铁、钙、镁的pH条件和P204萃取除杂工艺.除铁初步试验表明:黄钠铁矾法除铁时,将pH值控制在3.0~4.0之间,除铁效果很好,达到99%以上.在黄钠铁矾-针铁矿联合法的除铁操作条件下,除铁效果也达到了95.65%,且钴损率从21.3%降到了4.74%;低浓度钴溶液最佳除钙镁pH值为3.5~4.0;正交试验得到P204萃取除杂最佳工艺参数:有机相组成ψP204/ψ汽油为25%/75%,O/A相比1∶2,皂化率为75%. 相似文献

以复杂铜钴矿浸出溶液为原料,采用M5774萃取铜,硫酸反萃,铜的萃取率和反萃率均大于99%,萃余液用SO_2/空气混合气氧化中和除铁、锰,除铁后液铁和铝均小于0.005g/L,锰没有完全除掉,采用活性氧化镁沉淀镍和钴,在较优条件下,镍、钴沉淀率分别为97.73%和94.33%,用活性氧化钙沉淀锰和镁。 相似文献

以富钴结壳SO2还原浸出液为试验原料,开展了除铁、硫化沉淀、制备硫酸锰、硫酸锰焙烧分解、硫循环利用试验,以实现浸出液分离制备硫酸锰及硫循环应用,并确定较优工艺参数,探究锰分解回收及硫循环利用的可能性。结果表明,1)除铁过程:在pH=3.5、时间360 min、通氧气条件下,除铁率达到99%以上;2)硫化沉淀过程:以NaHS为沉淀剂,当S/Co=3时,Ni、Co沉淀率达到98%以上;3)制备硫酸锰过程:在蒸发温度120℃,搅拌速度350 r/min,时间3 h时,结晶物主要成分为MnSO4·H2O,Mn含量为27.95%;4)硫循环过程:硫化沉淀后液经蒸发得到的硫酸锰,在无烟煤配比7%、焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间15~30 min时,硫酸锰分解率最高达到96.72%,分解产物为Mn3O4,焙烧过程产生的气体直接进行富钴结壳浸出,Ni、Co、Cu、Mn浸出率均达到95%以上,浸出效果较好,实现了硫循环利用。 相似文献

采用针铁矿法除去萃铜后的铜钴矿细菌浸出液中的铁,并对除铁时的pH、氧化剂浓度、氧化时间、保温时间等因素进行优化。结果表明,控制氧化过程中pH为4.0、氧化温度70℃、保温时间1h、氧化剂浓度8%,除铁率和钴回收率分别为99.9%和99.5%。针铁矿法除铁可在常压和较低温度(70℃)下进行,而且不需外加其他金属阳离子就能获得过滤性能良好且可作为含铁富矿使用的沉淀渣。 相似文献
