结合某宇航产品试验用自复叠制冷系统项目案例,针对此系统因回温问题导致机组发生故障进行分析,并对原系统回油管路进行优化设计,通过具体实验测试,通过观察油回路视镜及回油量,结果表明优化后的回油管路设计合理,性能可靠,整个系统能实现顺利回油,延长了压缩机运行寿命,同时,使整个系统的试验可靠及稳定性得到极大的提升。  相似文献

黄河龙口水利枢纽工程装有4台100MW和1台20MW的轴流转桨式水轮发电机组。2009年9月1#水轮发电机组(100MW)投产发电.运行一年后发现,在大范围操作桨叶时,受油器座内收集的漏油和回油无法及时从排油管排走,导致积油从甩油环与外管I段之间的间隙甩出:溢出的透平油滴落在集电环上,使碳刷的导电性和转子绝缘降低,风洞内形成油雾,严重影响机组的安全运行。  相似文献

保证冷冻油源源不断地返回压缩机是制冷系统设计中最重要的课题之一。针对现有技术中存在的缺点,开发了一种低成本的多台制冷压缩机自动均油回路,它不仅生产制造容易,维修,更换配件方便,而且对压缩机安装无任何特殊要求,理论分析了此自动均油回路对变频空调系统回油性能的影响,实验结果表明:此自控装置性能可靠、可用于大、中型变容量制冷系统。  相似文献

从理论和试验两方面研究了压缩机排油量和系统回油对压缩机贮油量的影响.前者由蒸发温度、冷凝温度决定,后者主要取决于系统运行模式.系统运行模式对制冷剂流速有很大的影响,从而影响回油效果和压缩机贮油量,理论计算和试验结果均表明制冷时回油效果较制热时好.为制定多联机回油控制措施,提供了理论依据.  相似文献

介绍一种全新的船用制冷剂泵供液制冷系统回油方法,并将其与传统的回油方法进行比较,据此设计一种全新回油控制装置。重点介绍该装置的设计方法及设计要点、采用该回油方法的特点及其对整个制冷系统的影响。试验结果表明,该回油控制装置可实现连续地将低压侧液态制冷剂中溶解的润滑油返回至压缩机吸气口并进入油分离器,且能够有效地控制并将低压侧液态制冷剂中溶解的润滑油量稳定维持在制冷系统可接受的范围内。试验结果与理论计算结果基本吻合。  相似文献

采用膜生物反应器(MBR)-曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺处理辽河油田的采油污水,试验验证,这种处理方法可有效去除采油污水中污染物质,油、BOD5、氨氮去除率能够达到90%左右;膜生物反应器中COD容积负荷达到1.97kg/(m3·d)时,MBR-BAF系统COD平均去除率仍保持在70%以上,并具有出水清澈透明、无异味、不需投加化学药剂、不产生二次污染等优点.  相似文献

Recycling of highway materials is an effort to preserve the natural environment, reduce waste and provide a cost-effective way for construction of highways. The reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) contains stiffened binder caused by loss of volatile materials and oxidation. Hence, the addition of high amount of the RAP to asphalt mix may make it prone to fatigue failure. Due to this reason, addition of RAP to asphalt mixture in substantial amount has been a challenge so far. Therefore, ‘rejuvenators’ which are supposed to restore chemical and physical properties of the aged asphalts are used effectively in asphalt mixture. In this study, two locally available oils, i.e. pongamia oil (locally known as Karanja oil) derived from the seeds of Pongamia pinnata and a composite rejuvenator made of castor oil and coke oven gas condensate have been explored for rejuvenating the aged binder. The rheological properties of aged binder and rejuvenated binders were studied using a dynamic shear rheometer. From the various rheological tests conducted, it was found that certain proportion of pongamia oil as well as composite castor oil was able to impart desirable rutting as well as fatigue performance for the rejuvenated binder samples. The thermal analysis carried out using thermogravimetric analysis ensured adequate thermal stability for the binder specimens treated with these oils. In terms of binder performances, it was found that these oils could be considered as suitable rejuvenators for effectively restoring properties of the aged binder. Performance studies on RAP mixes may be extended for recommending these two oils as rejuvenators for hot mix pavement recycling.  相似文献

Developing bactericidal coatings using simple green chemical methods could be a promising route to potential environmentally friendly applications. Here, we describe an environmentally friendly chemistry approach to synthesize metal-nanoparticle (MNP)-embedded paint, in a single step, from common household paint. The naturally occurring oxidative drying process in oils, involving free-radical exchange, was used as the fundamental mechanism for reducing metal salts and dispersing MNPs in the oil media, without the use of any external reducing or stabilizing agents. These well-dispersed MNP-in-oil dispersions can be used directly, akin to commercially available paints, on nearly all kinds of surface such as wood, glass, steel and different polymers. The surfaces coated with silver-nanoparticle paint showed excellent antimicrobial properties by killing both Gram-positive human pathogens (Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli). The process we have developed here is quite general and can be applied in the synthesis of a variety of MNP-in-oil systems.  相似文献

Present work deals with the experimental investigation of tribological properties of GF-filled polymer composites considering three velocities, i.e. 0.5, 1 and 2.0 m/s and loads ranging from 15.7 N to 45.13 N keeping rest of the parameters constant. The test has been carried out for three materials, PTFE + 15% GF, PTFE + 25% GF and PTFE + 35% GF in wet (oil) and adding additive as graphite (5% wt) in oil. SAE 20W40 oil is used for the test. Friction and wear tests of PTFE composite against a counter surface of EN8 with surface finish of 0.56 μm are carried out at ambient conditions using pin-on-disc tribometre (TR-20), Ducom make, Bangalore. The results are tabulated and graphs are plotted. It has been found that load and wet conditions have significant effect on coefficient of friction and specific wear rate of the materials. Where as sliding velocity also plays little role in wear mechanism of the material. It is concluded from the experimental study that the specific wear rate in wet condition as well as by adding additives in lubricating oil with 5% (by wt.) has been declined. Also the specific wear rate decreases with normal load and sliding velocity. Wear of PTFE + GF composite decreases with increase in glass percentage. Microscopic analysis of pin and disc surface is made with optical microscope. The mathematical models has been developed by using regression analysis and found to be valid for the above tested parameters.  相似文献
