针对运营商IT系统云化过程中资源规模越来越大,效益提升有限的问题,以3个应用场景为出发点,通过从建设模式、多节点部署、新技术引入3个方面分析云化的策略,提出了一种新的运营商IT系统云化之路,即以成熟公有云模式建设和运营私有云,划分多个区域,实现多节点部署,逐步引入Openstack技术,降低建设成本。此外,为加大信息共享力度,减少重复建设,未来需建设企业级的云管理和云治理平台。 相似文献

云存储技术是解决大容量数据存储、交互、管理的有效途径,加密存储是保护远程服务器中用户数据隐私安全的重要手段,而可搜索加密技术能在保证用户数据安全前提下提高系统可用性。对称可搜索加密以其高效的搜索效率得到人们的广泛关注。总体而言,相关研究可归纳为系统模型、效率与安全、功能性3个层次。该文首先介绍了对称可搜索加密(SSE)系统典型模型,然后深入分析了搜索效率优化、安全性分析的常用手段和方法,最后从场景适应能力、语句表达能力、查询结果优化3个方面对方案功能性研究进行了梳理,重点对当前研究的热点和难点进行了总结。在此基础上,进一步分析了未来可能的研究方向。 相似文献

Advances in telecommunication and online service solutions help to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban healthcare services, enabling provision of suitable medical diagnosis and treatment consultations. Although applying e-health solutions has brought some positive impact full potential has not yet been realised, especially in regions where expertise is scarce. In this study we develop and evaluate an e-health consultancy system utilizing cloud computing (we so called “On-Cloud Healthcare Clinic”) that enables doctors and healthcare workers to identify and treat non-communicable diseases in rural and remote communities in Bangladesh, a developing nation.Adopting a design science research approach we developed the solution based around stakeholders’ collaborative participation in prototyping and then evaluated the design using focus groups. The cloud-based solution supports doctors in evaluating and diagnosing patients’ data and medical history through intermediary health care workers or community clinics. The design also knowledgeably allows informed decisions on a course of treatment with follow up for remote or underserved communities. Previously unavailable clinical work is thus practically achieved through utilization of the cloud based e-health system, and generalisation of this approach in healthcare management is discussed. 相似文献

In this paper, we proposed a campus equipment ubiquitous-management system which is based on a genetic algorithm approach in cloud server. The system uses radio frequency identification (RFID) to monitor the status of equipment in real time, and uses wire or wireless network to send real-time situation to display on manager’s PC or PDA. In addition, the system will also synchronize with database to record and reserve message. Furthermore, the status will display not only to a single manager but also a number of managers. In order to increase efficiency between graphical user interface (GUI) and database, the system adopts SqlDependency object of ADO.NET so that any changed situation of the database could be known immediately and synchronized with manager’s PC or PDA. Because the problem of the equipment utilization is an NP-complete (non-deterministic polynomial) problem, we apply genetic algorithm to enhance the efficiency of finding optimum solution for equipment utilization. We assign constraints into the system, and the system will post back the optimum solution simultaneously on the screen. As a consequence, we compare our genetic algorithm based approach (GA) with the simulated annealing based approach (SA) for maximizing the equipment utilization. Experimental result shows that our GA approach achieves an average 79.66% improvement in equipment utilization in an acceptable run time. 相似文献

Cancer remains an intractable medical problem. Rapid diagnosis and identification of cancer are critical to differentiate it from nonmalignant diseases. High-throughput biofluid metabolic analysis has potential for cancer diagnosis. Nevertheless, the present metabolite analysis method does not meet the demand for high-throughput screening of diseases. Herein, a high-throughput, cost-effective, and noninvasive urine metabolic profiling method based on TiO2/MXene-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI-MS) is presented for the efficient screening of bladder cancer (BC) and nonmalignant urinary disease. Combined with machine learning, TiO2/MXene-assisted LDI-MS enables high diagnostic accuracy (96.8%) for the classification of patient groups (including 47 BC and 46 ureteral calculus (UC) patients) from healthy controls (113 cases). In addition, BC patients can also be identified from noncancerous UC individuals with an accuracy of 88.3% in the independent test cohort. Furthermore, metabolite variations between BC and UC individuals are investigated based on relative quantification, and related pathways are also discussed. These results suggest that this method, based on urine metabolic patterns, provides a potential tool for rapidly distinguishing urinary diseases and it may pave the way for precision medicine. 相似文献

Instead of the traditional credit card payment system, we propose a new electronic payment system for use in a mobile environment.
The idea behind this payment service is that a user (customer) applies a message delivery service to obtain a varied authentication
token from a servicing bank through his cell phone. The token is used to ensure the validity of the transaction and the legality
of the user. On the other hand, because only the user knows the authentication token, he/her cannot later deny that he/her
made the transaction. Therefore, in addition to authentication, the property of non-repudiation can also be achieved by using
our proposed scheme. Most importantly, our scheme does not require any credit card or tamper-resistant device (i.e. smart
card) to store critical information. Consequently, the electronic payment system enhances the security of the traditional
credit card payment system. The proposed scheme eliminates the risks of losing a card and duplicating the content of a user’s
