就目前煤矿开采工作而言,自动化技术让综采工作面减少了人员消耗,降低了工作成本,让煤矿开采实现了初步高效化。在自动化控制系统作用下,相关机械设备以及采煤工艺也在同步提升,井下作业不再完全依赖于手工操作,因此煤矿开采安全系数极大提升。本文基于这一情况,简单阐述了自动化控制系统发展重要性,分析了这一技术在我国发展状况,研究了自动化系统功能的应用,并在此基础上提出了几点控制系统发展方向。旨在深化自动化控制系统在我国煤矿开采中的应用程度,提升煤矿综采工作面工作效率。 相似文献

采用多光子吸收电离模型讨论了光学薄膜的激光诱导损伤与其材料带隙的关系,报实际光学薄膜存在大量的非化学计量比化合物缺陷时,损伤阈值的变化,给出了光汪膜的损伤阈民其材料带隙的关系曲线,理论上解释了实际光学薄膜较理想光学薄膜的损伤阈值的主要原因可能是实际光学薄膜中存在大量的非化学计量比化合物缺陷。 相似文献

Recently, the demand for durability of optical thin films, which have long been used, has been growing as the performance of optical components improves. The stress of a film is an important parameter that is related to its adhesion. The electron beam (EB) and ion-assisted deposition (IAD) methods are widely used to fabricate optical thin films. However, there are few reports on long-term internal stress, despite the importance of this issue. Here we discuss the time dependence of the stress of SiO2 optical thin films in terms of optical characteristics in the infrared region. It was found that SiO2 thin films prepared by the EB and IAD methods exhibited compression stress. The Si-OH molecular bond was observed at around 930?cm(-1) in the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy spectrum of the sample prepared by the EB method, which exhibited a large change in internal stress after an elapsed time. It is considered that this change in bonding was related to the decrease in the stress of the films. 相似文献

Two series of glass and thin film specimens of BaO-TeO2 were prepared. The optical absorption edges and infrared absorption spectra were investigated. It was found that the fundamental absorption edge is a function of BaO content in both kinds of films and that the absorption is due to indirect electronic transitions. The values of optical gap for blown films were greater than those of thin evaporated films, but the widths of the band tails were greater for the evaporated thin films, which were expected to be more disordered than the thin blown glass films. 相似文献

We report the fabrication and the nonlinear optical properties of Rh-doped BaTiO3 thin films. The films were deposited on SrTiO3 (100) substrates by pulsed-laser deposition. The deposited Rh:BaTiO3 thin films were single phase and c-axis orientation investigated by x-ray diffraction. The films exhibited large nonlinear optical effects, which were determined using Z-scan technique at a wavelength of 532 nm with a laser duration of 10 ns. The real and imaginary parts of the third-order nonlinear susceptibility chi (3) were 5.71 x 10(-7) esu and 9.59 x 10(-8) esu, respectively. The value of Re chi (3) of Rh:BaTiO3 films is much larger than those of several representative nonlinear optical thin films. The results show that Rh:BaTiO3 thin films have great potential applications for nonlinear optical devices. 相似文献

This paper presents the optical properties of organic material bromoindium phthalocyanine (BrInPc) thin films grown by electron beam evaporation technique. The paper describes the optical characteristics of BrInPc thin films, which have been determined using spectrophotometric measurements of the absorbance, transmittance and reflectance at normal incident of light in the spectral range 300–1,100 nm. The optical band gap energy and type of the electronic transition have been determined by analysis of spectral behavior of absorption coefficient, which reveals the probability of both direct and indirect transitions. Other optical constants, such as refractive index, extinction coefficient, complex dielectric constant and optical conductivity of thin films have been evaluated. Moreover, the width of band tails of localized states (Urbach energy), steepness parameter and width of the defect states have been determined by studying the absorption coefficient spectra just below the fundamental absorption edge. 相似文献

The gallium doped zinc oxide has been one of the candidates for the transparent conducting oxide thin film electrode. It is not suitable to use a conventional light interference method to measure the thickness of the gallium doped zinc oxide thin film because the refractive index and extinction coefficient of the thin film is unknown during the optimization of the deposition conditions. In this paper, we report on the details of the film thickness program which uses the measured optical and electric properties and relationship between the plasma frequency and the optical constant of the film. The obtained film thickness of the prepared gallium doped zinc oxide thin film using the program was comparable with thicknesses measured by a cross-sectional analysis of the atomic force microscopy and the surface profiler. Moreover, the optical constant of refractive index and extinction coefficient of the film could also be estimated. 相似文献

Ca0.25Ba0.75Nb2O6 (CBN25) thin film was prepared on quartz substrate by spinning coating and the optical properties were investigated by a Hitachi U-3410 spectrophotometer and a Metricon 2010 prism coupler. The optical band gap, thickness and refractive index at 632.8 nm of the CBN25 thin film were determined to be 3.65 eV, 529 nm and 2.2258, respectively. The dispersion of the refractive index fitted to Sellmeier relation well and optical waves could be guided into the thin film, which implied that CBN25 thin films were promising for integrated optics and optically active devices. 相似文献

For thin metal films the solution of the inverse problem of the phenomenological theory of the optical properties of thin films is incorrect when the ratio of the film thickness to the incident light wavelength becomes less than 0.05 because the set of equations describing the relation between the measured optical characteristics and the optical constants of the film is virtually a set of linear equations with determinant equal to zero. For this reason the usual methods of solving the inverse problem give ambiguous solutions (optical constants) which are unstable to small errors in the measured optical characteristics. If the method of continuous differential descent is used as the regularization method for solution of this inverse problem unambiguous and stable solutions can be obtained. 相似文献
