基于WPF的汽车发动机ECU自动测试系统设计

随着汽车工业的发展,ECU的检测技术也在不断地进步和完善。该系统是基于WPF上位机界面的ECU自动测试系统,硬件部分是基于SCPI指令的安捷伦设备。测试的对象是汽车发送机的ECU。测试系统通过在WPF界面进行简单的操作,自动生成包含SCPI标准命令的测试命令,对整个测试系统的设备进行协调控制,实现按需配置的自动测试过程。由于WPF界面对SCPI命令的封装隐藏,使得用户不需要学习复杂的SCPI语法指令,只需要通过简单的鼠标选择就能实现对设备的控制操作,进而生成测试代码,从而实现ECU功能的自动测试,并将测试结果保存。

为了实现复杂大型网络监控系统的操作管理,设计以多服务器多客户端为基础的监控上位机软件,其采用Delphi来开发上位机的图形用户界面,应用C#编程语言在Visual Studio 2013开发套件上完成播放器ActiveX控件的开发,上位机与下位机的数据通信则通过UDP及TCP/IP协议来完成。其中,通过Socket套接字来为TCP/IP协议提供应用开发接口,实现连接、登录验证、参数交互和命令交互等功能,完成对下位机服务器的调度与管理。测试结果表明,该上位机软件运行稳定,各项功能均可得到正确的响应,且设计达到了预期要求。

提出了一种系统实现协议健壮性测试的方法，该方法首先在分析BGP协议状态机的基础上，认为基本FSM对功能部分和健壮性处理部分未能严格区分。要提高FSM的健壮性，就需要通过增加状态、迁移和事件的基础上构造具有健壮性处理过程的RFSM（robustness finite state machines），把RFSM模型应用到BGP健壮性测试当中，文章详细构造了BGP冲击集合和RFSM，生成了反向测试集，并对测试特征序列和测试预言等问题进行了讨论。Cisco7200实际测试应用表明，用该方法生成的测试集与一致性测试集相比，其错误处理的覆盖率扩大了54％，检错能力提高了2．8倍。     

A feedback strategy to improve the entropy of a chaos-based random bit generator

In this paper, the guidelines to design a true random bit generator (TRBG) circuit with a predefined minimum entropy are discussed. The approach is proposed for a TRBG based on a one-dimensional piecewise-linear chaotic map; it does not require bit throughput reduction, and it is suitable for the development of integrated TRBG circuits. In particular, the proposed design strategy is based on a feedback control procedure that allows to dynamically change the system parameters for the correction of the circuit "nonidealities" (e.g., the circuit offsets). The correction algorithm does not require a direct measurement of the system "nonidealities" or of the effective value of the map parameters, but only a dynamic estimation of these quantities based on the observation of the TRBG output. The design approach is validated by a hardware prototype implemented on a field-programmable analog array. The results of the NIST FIPS 140-2 test suite, the DIEHARD test suite, and the Coron's Universal test, applied to the TRBG output sequences before and after a simple post processing without throughput reduction, are reported and discussed.

针对大规模软件系统状态迁移数量庞大,容易导致状态空间爆炸的问题,提出一种基于谓词抽象的测试用例约简生成方法,该方法依据给定的谓词集合对软件系统的状态空间进行等价类划分,通过状态集合之间的映射得到约简的抽象状态,并以抽象状态之间的迁移关系作为测试用例约简生成的基础。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地对系统状态进行约简,并生成规模较小的测试用例集。     

针对软件可靠性测试的测试用例集精简方法

在软件可靠性测试中,随着测试输入数或操作数的增加,测试成本会大大增加。就此提出了一种针对软件可靠性测试的测试用例集精简算法,该算法先用正交试验设计法生成最初的测试用例集,然后用基于测试需求集的约简方法进行约简,生成最终的测试用例集,来进行软件可靠性测试。实例表明,该方法简化了测试用例集,从而大大降低软件可靠性测试代价。     

Random vibration test control of inverter-fed electrodynamic shaker

The random vibration control of an inverter-fed electrodynamic shaker is presented in this paper. First, the dynamic model of the shaker is found and a current-controlled pulsewidth modulation inverter is designed and implemented. The feedback controller is augmented with a command feedforward controller and a disturbance feedforward controller to let the armature exciting current have low harmonic content and possess excellent waveform tracking performance. Then, an acceleration controller and its random vibration command are arranged. In the proposed acceleration control scheme, a command feedforward controller and a robust disturbance feedforward controller are also employed to let the shaker have close random acceleration command waveform tracking control performance, and the performance be insensitive to the system parameter variations. It follows that the acceleration control with desired frequency response in a vibration test could be achieved through properly setting the command signal. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is verified by simulation and measured results     

A remote supervisory system based on subcarrier overmodulation forsubmarine optical amplifier systems

A supervisory (SV) signal transmission scheme for long haul optical amplifier systems is described. The scheme is based on subcarrier overmodulation of the line signal and features simple configuration; due to the use of EDFA gain modulation, no additive optical components are required in a submarine repeater to transmit a response signal. This paper discusses the subcarrier modulation index and frequency used for the SV signaling, the most significant design parameters. The dependence of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) on the modulation index in SV signal transmission is analyzed to clarify the modulation index value required for reliable SV signaling. In addition, the line signal impairment caused by subcarrier overmodulation is also analyzed to show the system's in-service feasibility. The subcarrier frequencies used for command and response signal transmission are discussed from the experimental results on the frequency response of an optical amplifier system and EDFA gain modulation efficiency     

Spurious Signals in Satellite Command Systems

The Project RELAY command system is described with emphasis given to the spacecraft equipment. Errors in the RELAY command system are discussed, and the probability of error in a single command word and the probability of a spurious command are given as a function of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at the output of the command receiver in the satellite. The performance of the actual RELAY command system is discussed and shown to differ considerably from the performance predicted by theory. The results of an analysis of the orbiting command system are presented. The probable cause for the anomalous performance of the command system is shown to be Radio Frequency Interference from ground based transmitters. The techniques which are available to the system designer to avoid the problems experienced by the RELAY system are discussed in detail.
