把质量标准与抽样方案联系起来,是现代抽样理论的一个特点。该文结合优化理论,建立了具有辨别能力的抽样检验优化模型,不但可直观地为生产方和用户商提供抽样方案的质量标准,同时还可避免繁琐地求解非线性超越方程组。实例分析表明,在相同生产方风险和使用方风险条件下,合格质量水平和不合格质量水平越小、值越接近,所对应的抽样方案辨别能力越好,合格标准越严,同时也验证了模型的正确性。
