全球领先的产品生命周期管理(PLM)软件和服务提供商UGS公司2006年8月1日宣布:在经过长达1年的评估之后,世界领先的航天航空公司波音公司最终选定UGS的数字化生命周期管理解决方案Teamcenter,将其作为未来商业飞机和集成国防系统计划的企业数据管理系统。波音公司的JDAM(联合直攻军需品)计划已成功地把所有产品数据从多应用系统转移到了Teamcenter上,将第一个实施这个新系统。波音公司之所以选择Teamcenter作为企业数据管理系统,是因为波音公司需要一个开放式、可升级、能够在波音全球所有公司使用的平台。通过使用跨项目标准平台,波音公司能够提升在项目内部和多个项目之间的协同,更有效地管理工作负荷以及人力资源。  相似文献

开展了活化焙烧一步酸浸法代替活化焙烧两步酸浸法制备UGS渣的研究。结果表明,活化焙烧一步酸浸法最优工艺为:在Na_2CO_3与钛渣质量比4∶6、焙烧温度900℃、焙烧时间1 h的条件下焙烧,所得焙烧产物经20%盐酸在110℃沸腾条件下酸浸1.5 h,煅烧后,获得Ti O2品位为96.66%、回收率94.5%左右,CaO+MgO含量小于0.5%,Fe含量0.5%,SiO_2含量0.7%,Al_2O_3含量0.9%的UGS渣。该制备过程的优点是黑钛石类矿物被活化后形成易溶出矿相,焙烧产物呈板条状,为酸浸除杂充分反应提供了条件。同时,将两步酸浸工艺减少为一步酸浸,可有效降低废酸排放和能源消耗。  相似文献

在磨削领域,磨削力数学模型是利用概率统计中的回归分析和方差分析进行多因素试验数据处理而建立的经验方式,该公式建立的正确与否直接影响磨削力的计算。本文介绍了基于神经网络一元咽归和多元回归分析方法,并分别以正弦函数以及磨削力公式为例,与传统的回归分析方法进行了比较,说明基于神经网络 归分析在回归精度上优于顺归分析方法。对磨削力进行预测时有其实用价值。  相似文献

It is generally accepted that heat generation is the limiting factor in the grinding process due to the thermal damage associated with it. To combat this energy transfer, a cutting fluid is often applied to the operation. These cutting fluids remove or limit the amount of energy transferred to the workpiece through debris flushing, lubrication and the cooling effects of the liquid. There have been many new and exciting systems developed for cutting fluid application in the grinding process. This paper reviews some of the common as well as some of the more obscure cutting fluid systems that have been employed in recent years with an emphasis on creep-feed applications. The review also suggests possible avenues of future research in cutting fluid application for the grinding process.  相似文献

The work reported here involved an investigation into the grinding process, one of the last finishing processes carried out on a production line. Although several input parameters are involved in this process, attention today focuses strongly on the form and amount of cutting fluid employed, since these substances may be seriously pernicious to human health and to the environment, and involve high purchasing and maintenance costs when utilized and stored incorrectly. The type and amount of cutting fluid used directly affect some of the main output variables of the grinding process which are analyzed here, such as tangential cutting force, specific grinding energy, acoustic emission, diametrical wear, roughness, residual stress and scanning electron microscopy. To analyze the influence of these variables, an optimised fluid application methodology was developed (involving rounded 5, 4 and 3 mm diameter nozzles and high fluid application pressures) to reduce the amount of fluid used in the grinding process and improve its performance in comparison with the conventional fluid application method (of diffuser nozzles and lower fluid application pressure). To this end, two types of cutting fluid (a 5% synthetic emulsion and neat oil) and two abrasive tools (an aluminium oxide and a superabrasive CBN grinding wheel) were used. The results revealed that, in every situation, the optimised application of cutting fluid significantly improved the efficiency of the process, particularly the combined use of neat oil and CBN grinding wheel.  相似文献

The fly ash was added to melt to increase the melt viscosity. The main components are quartz and mullite in the fly ash, therefore it's a kind of hardness ceramic particles. After grinding for 10 h, the spherical particles increase and new surface is produced which will improve their performance. The cell wall was observed by SEM, many fly ash particles are in the wall. These particles tend to increase the molten aluminum surface viscosity, postpone the exhaust' course, sustain the liquid within the film and delay the onset of rupture. Finally, the aluminum foam with uniform cell structure can be obtained. The density is about 0.4 g/cm^3, porosity is in the range of 85%-90% and the aperture is 4-7 mm.  相似文献

强化烧结法生产氧化铝新工艺的研究与实践   总被引:20,自引:3,他引:20  
针对我国铝土矿资源特点和我国烧结法生产氧化铝的现状,论述了强化烧结法生产氧化铝新工艺.采用铝硅比为9.62的矿石,按照钙比为1.3~2.O,碱比为1进行配料,在1250℃以上进行熟料烧成.实验结果显示:烧成的熟料溶出条件宽松,二次反应程度弱;溶出浆液在170℃左右直接进行加压脱硅,脱硅后溶液的硅量指数大于200,再加入适量的石灰进行深度脱硅,即使溶液中氧化铝浓度超过200 g/L时,精液的硅量指数也大于600,且得到的水化石榴石中二氧化硅饱和系数大于O.28;通过加入晶种和采用新的碳酸化分解工艺制度,产品中的SiO2含量降至O.025%,Na2O含量小于O.37%;加入表面活性剂,不仅能将碳分母液蒸发至Na2OT浓度大于300 g/L,而且还可有效减缓表面上结疤的形成速度.部分结果已应用于工业实践中,单台窑产能提高了1 9.7%,工艺能耗降低了24.71%.  相似文献

In the field of gear precision manufacturing, the CBN shape grinding technique is of great importance. In this research, a mathematical model for the profile of CBN grinding wheel base body has been developed based on the theory of gear engagement; the modification of the gear shape is introduced into the design of the CBN grinding wheel. Biarc segments are used to approximate the theoretical profile. Approximation deviation can be controlled within prescribed tolerance under optimized conditions. A series of wheels were made to ascertain the validity and effectiveness of the presented method, the final gear precision reaches the fifth class of GB10095-88 (China).  相似文献
