Hardox400耐磨板是集高强度、韧性,良好的可加工性以及高耐磨性于一身的国外优质进口钢板。从耐磨板的堆焊修复着手,通过对3个不同合金体系的4组药芯焊丝进行堆焊试验,对比观察各组堆焊焊缝成形效果和微观金相组织,并对堆焊层进行宏观洛氏硬度测试,最后优选出了一组最适合于Hardox400耐磨板修复用FeB-C-Nb-Ni系堆焊药芯焊丝,并对其进行磨粒磨损试验考察其耐磨性能。结果表明:该堆焊层硬度值为HRC60.1,堆焊焊缝成形美观、饱满,焊缝中形成的低碳马氏体为耐磨骨架,细小NbC,Fe●B硬质相弥散分布的组织能够与基体组织很好的熔合。堆焊层合金相对耐磨性为基体材料的5.2倍,具有比Hardox400耐磨板优异的耐磨性能。 相似文献

The properties of flux-cored wires of the rutile and metal-powder type for welding and surfacing in industry and constructional engineering are examined. It is shown that flux-cored wires have obvious advantages in comparison with solid section wires both in the welding and technological properties of the welded joints. The results of investigations of the physico-mechanical properties of coatings produced by spraying with flux-cored wires with different components in the charge are presented. It is noted that electric arc spraying is a highly productive method which can be used to deposit wear-, creep- and corrosion-resisting coatings. A shortcoming of these coatings is low adhesion strength. The results of theoretical investigations are analysed using the results of previous investigations carried out to increase the adhesion strength of coatings. The results of investigations of the microhardness, macrostructure, bonding strength and extent of wear of the coatings produced by spraying with flux-cored wires are presented. The experimental results are used to determine the composition of the flux-cored wires which produce coatings with higher mechanical and physical properties. 相似文献

The mathematical model of non-linear thermal processes in multi-arc welding of electric welded pipes is described. The model can be used for evaluating the changes in the structure of the welded joint produced using flux-cored wires. The microalloying elements are analysed and the results are used for studying the effect on the mechanical properties of the weld metal. Welded joints are microalloyed through the flux-cored wire, positioned on one arc in multi-arc welding. The results indicate that it is highly efficient to use the flux-cored wire in welding high-strength pipe steels for microalloying the welded joint and decreasing the heat input in welding. 相似文献

开发了用于5CrNiMo热作模具修复的药芯焊丝,用高速摄影观察NaF含量对焊接电弧稳定性的影响,并对堆焊层金属组织和力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明,当药芯粉中加入质量分数为1.5%的NaF作为稳弧剂时,焊接过程最稳定,产生的焊接飞溅最少且以小颗粒飞溅为主;优化后的焊丝堆焊获得的堆焊层表面无焊接缺陷;堆焊层金属主要为马氏体,硬度高于锻造5CrNiMo热作模具钢;在600 ℃高温环境下,堆焊层金属强度与室温强度相当,高温稳定性好;堆焊层金属在600 ℃的磨损率比锻造5CrNiMo热作模具钢低18.75%,可用于模具钢的堆焊修复。 相似文献

采用体式显微镜、优化设计软件研究了ENiCrMo3T0-4药芯焊丝中药芯组成及工艺参数对气孔敏感性的影响。结果表明:随着焊丝药芯组成中SiO_2/ZrO_2、TiO_2/ZrO_2、(TiO_2+ZrO_2+SiO_2)/MnO的减小,气孔敏感性降低;气体流量的改变对焊缝表面针眼气孔数的影响不大,但气体流量过小会产生条虫状气孔;当焊接电压25 V、焊接电流160 A、干伸长量20 mm时,焊缝金属针眼气孔数最少,焊丝气孔敏感性最低;增大固液相温度区间及氢在高温熔渣中的溶解度,可以降低焊缝金属气孔敏感性。 相似文献

The variation in arc characteristics and behavior of metal transfer with the change in pulse parameters has been studied by high speed video camera during pulse current flux cored arc weld deposition. A comparative study of similar nature has also been carried out during flux-cored arc weld deposition in globular and spray transfer modes. The effect of pulse parameters has been studied by considering their mean current and arc voltage. The arc characteristics studied by its root diameter, projected diameter and length, and the behavior of metal transfer noted by the metal transfer model and the droplet diameter have been found to vary significantly with the pulse parameters. The observation may help in understanding the arc characteristics with respect to the variation in pulse parameters which may be beneficial in using pulse current FCAW to produce desired weld quality. 相似文献

对低气压地区自保护药芯焊丝电弧焊接的焊缝成形及其影响因素进行了研究.结果表明,在相同焊接工艺参数设定下,气压愈低,焊缝的熔深愈浅、熔宽愈宽、余高愈小;气压降低导致电弧的冷却作用减弱,弧柱区的直径与正常气压相比将增大,电弧的稳定性和挺度下降.电弧行为的改变影响了焊缝成形质量,气压越低,焊缝成形的对称性越差;焊炬高度的增加对焊缝成形及电弧稳定性同样有不利影响,适当增加送丝速度和降低电弧电压有助于焊缝成形质量的改善.研究结果为低气压地区的自保护药芯焊丝焊接工艺参数制定和优化提供了科学依据. 相似文献
