In this paper, we introduce and investigate two new classes of meromorphic multivalent functions. Such results as subordination properties, coefficient inequalities, convolution properties and integral representations are proved. For a certain linear operator which is defined by means of the Hadamard product (or convolution) with a generalized hypergeometric function, the authors aim at investigating various mapping and inclusion properties involving such subclasses of analytic and univalent functions as (for example) k-uniformly convex functions and k-starlike functions. In recent years, many authors demonstrated the usefulness of fractional calculus operators in the derivation of (explicit) particular solutions of a number of linear ordinary and partial differential, equations of the second and higher orders. The main object of the present paper is to show how readily some recent contributions on this subject by several workers, involving various interesting classes of non-Fuchsian differential equations (including, for example, the Fukuhara and Tricomi equations and the celebrated Bessel and Whittaker equations), can be obtained (in a unified manner) by suitably applying some general theorems on (explicit) particular solutions of a certain family of linear ordinary fractional differintegral equations. 相似文献

Remarks on some series expansions associated with certain products of the incomplete Gamma functions

In several recent works, some interesting generalizations of the first-order Volterra-type integro-differential equation governing the unsaturated behavior of the free electron laser (FEL) were introduced and investigated by making use of fractional calculus (that is, calculus of integrals and derivatives of an arbitrary real or complex order). Among other things, it is observed here that an expansion formula for the confluent hypergeometric function in a series of the product of two entire (integral) incomplete Gamma functions does not hold true as asserted and applied in these earlier works. Some necessary corrections and possible remedies are also pointed out. 相似文献

A new approach to the decomposition of Boolean functions of n variables is considered; the functions being decomposed can be represented in various forms. The approach is based on the method of q-partitions of minterms and on the introduced concept of a decomposition clone. Web-technologies bring the possibility of supporting geographically and temporally dispersed decision making. However, although technically feasible, it is not clear that there are valid methodologies for the use of web-based group decision support (wGDSS). Many approaches to decision support are driven by the perspective of a single decision maker. Yet there are many reasons to expect that the extension of individualistic theories to a group context will be fraught with difficulty. This paper explores these issues and considers the way forward for the design and use of wGDSS and for a more substantive approach to participative e-democracy. 相似文献
