以对氨基苯甲酸与草酸二乙酯为原料,在180℃时反应15小时,得草酸二乙酯胺酰化物,然后用混酸在10℃硝化,将硝化物加入压力釜,75℃,2.5MPa,再加入1g催化剂,进行加氢还原.缩合环构合成2,3-二羟基喹喔啉-6-羧酸,再以DMF混合三氯乙烯为溶剂,三光气为氯化剂,加热回流4小时,制备了2,3-二氯喹喔啉-6-羧酰氯,氯化收率80%。用IR、NMR进行了表征。氯化反应中三光气用量、溶剂极性和环己烷蒸出量对实验结果有较大影响。 相似文献

3,4-二氨基苯甲酸与草酸二乙酯原料,合成了2,3-二羟基喹喔啉-6-羧酸,收率90.4%。继而以三光气为氯化剂,反应制备了2,3-二氯喹喔啉-6-羧酰氯,最佳的工艺条件为:1.5g2,3-二羟基-6-羧酸喹喔啉,15mL三氯乙烯,0.6mL二甲基甲酰胺均匀混合回流,以10mL三氯乙烯溶解4.5g三光气,2h内滴加完,继续回流4h,得2,3-二氯喹喔啉-6-羧酰氯,收率达到80.1%。 相似文献

以3-氨基-4,4,4-三氟甲基丁烯酸乙酯为原料,经环化、氯化、醚化制得新型先导化合物2-(2-氯-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)-4-三氟甲基噻唑-5-甲酸乙酯,其结构经红外、核磁、高分辨质谱确认。生物活性测定结果表明新型先导化合物在600g/hm^2剂量下对叶蝉和二点叶螨的防效均为100%;在300g/hm^2剂量下对马铃薯晚疫病的防效为90%。 相似文献

Novel organotin(IV) derivatives of guanine of the general formula, R2Sn(HGu)2 (where, R = Me (1), n-Bu (2) and Ph (3)) have been synthesized by the reaction of R2SnCl2 with sodium salt of guanine (H2Gu or 2-amino-6-hydroxypurine). The IR spectral studies suggest that guanine acts as a monobasic ligand coordinating through N(9) after its deprotonation. The weak bonding through C(6)O may also be evidenced, whereas 119Sn Mössbauer data suggest that the coordination number of tin is superior than four. The polyhedron around tin in R2Sn(HGu)2 is distorted trigonal–bipyramidal or pseudo-tetrahedral involving very weak interaction from CO group of neighboring molecule leading to polymerized structure. All the compounds exhibited potent anti-inflammatory activity with no appreciable side effects on blood pressure as evidenced by their very mild cardiovascular activity. 相似文献

为研发出高效的杀螨剂,以2-(氯甲基)-N-{2-氟-4-甲基-5-[(2,2,2-三氟乙基)硫代]苯基}苯甲酰胺(化合物Ⅶ)为先导化合物,经结构优化合成了2个三氟乙基硫醚(亚砜)类化合物TC-1和TC-2,并通过1HNMR、13CNMR和HRMS对化合物结构进行了表征.室内生物活性测试显示,当TC-1和TC-2质量浓度为5 mg/L时,TC-1和TC-2对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)致死率分别为87.6%和86.9%.目标化合物TC-1和TC-2表现出优异的杀螨活性,可作为进一步的先导化合物或候选杀螨剂品种进行深入研究与开发. 相似文献

10-(Hetero/arylthio)acetyl-2-chlorophenothiazines II have been synthesized via interaction of 10-chloroacetyl-2-chlorophenothiazine I with heterocyclic and/or aromatic potassium mercaptide in ethanol. Oxidation of II using H2O2/CH3COOH mixture was studied. Structures of the products were verified by elemental and spectral analyses.
