由漆酚和漆酚苯胺醛缩聚物分别与三氯化钆反应合成含钆漆酚基聚合物〔漆酚钆聚合物 (PUG)和漆酚苯胺钆聚合物 (PUAG)〕。用IR、XPS、DMTA和DSC -TG对产物进行表征。结果表明 ,与Gd(Ⅲ )发生配位反应的是漆酚基聚合物中酚羟基氧原子 ;漆酚基聚合物与Gd(Ⅲ )反应后 ,其侧链进一步交联聚合形成具有较高模量和良好热稳定性的含钆漆酚基聚合物 ,PUAG的耐热性比PUG的好。  相似文献

对漆酚铁锡聚合物进行了红外光谱分析 ,研究了漆酚铁锡聚合物作为固体酸催化剂催化酯化等反应的催化性能 ,并探讨了催化反应的可能反应机理。结果表明 ,在漆酚铁锡聚合物中存在M -O(Fe -O、Sn -O)键 ,催化活性中心是Mn + (Fe3 + 、Sn4+ ) ,漆酚铁锡聚合物是催化合成醋酸正丁酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯和环已酮缩乙二醇等酯和缩酮的良好催化剂 ,该催化剂能被多次重复使用 ,具有稳定的选择性 ,且催化活性能够再生。  相似文献

研究了由漆酚与Fe3 反应生成漆酚铁化合物 (UFe) ,再与有机硅聚合物(SP)反应制备漆酚铁改性有机硅聚合物 (UFeSP)及其漆膜的光泽、附着力、硬度、柔韧性等性能 ,并研究了它受到紫外线照射后其光泽的变化 ,当摩尔比 (U /FeCl3 )为 8∶1 ,固份质量分数 (UFe/SP)为 2 4 %时 ,所制得的漆酚铁改性有机硅聚合物的物理性能和抗紫外线性能均较好 ,制得了抗紫外线的漆酚铁改性有机硅聚合物。  相似文献

制备了表面包覆聚多巴胺层的二氧化钛(TiO2@PDA)复合粒子,并采用溶液刮涂法制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/TiO2和PVDF/TiO2@PDA复合膜。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、透射电子显微镜表征了复合粒子的结构,利用紫外–可见光分光光度计、对比率仪表征了复合膜的紫外–可见光阻隔性。结果表明, PVDF/TiO2复合膜对紫外光具有优异的阻隔性,但对可见光的阻隔性(即不透明度)随TiO2含量增加而先增加后不变,PVDF/TiO2@PDA复合膜的不透明度则随TiO2@PDA含量的增加而单调增大。当薄膜厚度为20μm,TiO2体积分数为10%时,PVDF/TiO2复合膜对比率(CR)值为92.8%,小于完全不透明临界值98%,而PVDF/TiO2@PDA (多巴胺处理20 min)复合膜CR值为98.39%。一定TiO2浓度下,随着多巴胺处理TiO2时间的增大,复合膜达到完全不透明所需的薄膜厚度逐渐减小。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法将杂多化合物镶嵌于新颖的C—Si—O—Ti网络复合体系,并通过旋涂法将其制成薄膜。采用IR,XRD和TG-DSC等方法对薄膜进行了结构表征,用UV-vis和ESR光谱对薄膜的光致变色性能及其机理进行了研究。复合薄膜在紫外光照射前为无色,经光照后逐渐变为深蓝色,在可见光区500和725 nm处出现特征吸收峰。随着光照时间的增加,吸收峰的强度有所增长,87 min时达到吸光饱和。避光静置3 h后吸收峰完全消失,薄膜从蓝色变为无色,复合薄膜表现出良好的化学稳定性和光致变色性能。这一新颖的复合体系的形成,为进一步开拓同时具有光致变色和光催化复合性能的多功能材料提供了参考。该研究工作的新颖性,得到上海大学情报研究所2007年2月6日出具的第2007021000-001号《科技查新报告》证实。  相似文献

A hybrid film of graphene decorated with poly[2-methoxy-5-(2′-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] (MEH-PPV) nanoparticles is fabricated by a simple non-solvent induced precipitation method. The structure of the graphene film and graphene/MEH-PPV hybrid film are investigated by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The large specific surface area of graphene sheets makes it an ideal support for depositing MEH-PPV nanoparticles as well as preventing aggregation of the nanoparticles. The graphene/MEH-PPV hybrid film is superhydrophobic, which is attributed to the increase in surface roughness as a result of random decoration of MEH-PPV nanoparticles on the graphene sheets. The MEH-PPV nanoparticles endow the graphene hybrid film with strong photoluminescence. The hybrid film also shows excellent conductivity and high thermal stability. The graphene/MEH-PPV hybrid film thus prepared may find potential applications in various devices where integrated properties of superhydrophobicity, conductivity and luminescence are required.  相似文献

SiO2–TiO2–methylcellulose (MC) composite materials processed by the sol-gel technique were studied for optical waveguide applications. Dense, crack-free and homogeneous films as thick as 2 μm were obtained via the organic binder MC-assisted sol–gel process and single coating with low-temperature treatment. Light waveguiding in such hybrid film was demonstrated at a wavelength of 650 nm. About 1.1 dB/cm or lower propagation loss for the SiO2 (80 mol%)–TiO2 (20 mol%)–MC (22 wt%) film can be achieved. The effects of thermal treatment on the structure and properties of the gel films were also investigated.  相似文献

氧化钛/全氟磺酸树脂杂化薄膜的制备与光催化性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以全氟磺酸树脂(perfluorosulfonated resin,PSR)为载体及改性剂,采用流延成膜制得4种不同TiO2浓度的TiO2/PSR复合膜。利用X射线衍射和Fourier变换红外光谱对PSR膜及PSR/TiO2复合膜的结构进行了表征。对制得的复合膜光催化降解性能以及重复光催化活性进行考察,结果发现:TiO2质量分数为15%时,复合膜光催化性能达到最高,2h紫外光照射后甲基橙降解率达到79.7%;在反复使用5次后,薄膜的光催化效率保持不变。  相似文献

Using sol-gel method, poly(vinyl alcohol)/SiO2 hybrid coating materials with an improved gas barrier property could be produced. Phase compatibility between organic PVA segments and inorganic silicate network in the hybrid was evaluated by analyzing FT-IR spectra and investigating the crystallization behavior in terms of X-ray diffraction patterns for the hybrid gels. For the preparation of coating film with barrier property, the biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) substrate was coated with the hybrid sols by a spin coating method. Morphological analysis for the fractured surface of the hybrid gel and the surface of the coated film was performed not only to examine the microstructure of the hybrid, but also to propose evidence for the oxygen permeation behavior through the coated film. It was revealed that an optimum amount of inorganic silicate precursor, TEOS, should be used to obtain high barrier PVA/SiO2 hybrid coating materials with enhanced micro-phase morphology and optical transparency. This homogeneous morphology densified with nano-structured silicate, obtained at optimal conditions, was found to result in a significant increase in the oxygen barrier property of film coated with PVA/SiO2 hybrid by about 50 times relative to the pure BOPP substrate. In addition, the effect of pretreatments of the BOPP substrate surface on the barrier property was also examined.  相似文献

A porous NiO/RGO hybrid film is prepared by the combination of electrophoretic deposition and chemical-bath deposition. The porous hybrid film exhibits a noticeable electrochromism with reversible color changes from transparent to dark brown, and shows high coloration efficiency (76 cm(2) C(-1)), fast switching speed (7.2 s and 6.7 s) and better cycling performance compared with the porous NiO thin film. The enhancement of electrochromic performances are attributed to the reinforcement of the electrochemical activity of the RGO sheets and the greater amount of open space in the porous hybrid film which allows the electrolyte to penetrate and shorten the proton diffusion paths within the bulk of NiO.  相似文献
