The extraction of raw materials is associated with energy input and CO2 emissions. What is obvious for extraction from mining, however, also applies to recycling. Mostly, recycling is preferred for reasons of climate protection or because of the geological scarcity of raw materials, which is controversially discussed. While in mining, the declining ore grade is a driver for the energy demand, in case of recycling it is the dissipation of materials into products or waste. As concentration decreases, the effort required also increases disproportionately. The “closing the loop” metaphor of Circular Economy is therefore inappropriate in its stricter meaning. It is rather about optimizing the overall system and finding the optimal recycling rate. However, first, it must be clarified what the political goals for Circular Economy are.  相似文献

Adsorption is one of the most important techniques for the remediation of textile industry wastewaters containing high concentrations of toxic dyes. Calcium phosphates (CaPs) have been advocated among the most promising adsorbent phases in virtue of their high dye adsorption potential, low production cost, and possible recovery from circular economy sources. In this paper, we investigated the application of synthetic CaPs (CaP–S) and two CaPs extracted from food by-products, namely from bone meal (CaP-BM) and fish bones (CaP-FM) for the removal of a model dye, copper phthalocyanine tri-sulfonic acid, also known as acid blue 185 (AB-185). All the materials were characterized from the physical-chemical point of view and used for the study of adsorption kinetic and isothermal adsorption of AB-185 at neutral, acidic and basic pH values. The best adsorption capacity was obtained for CaP–S, followed by CaP-BM and CaP-FM. Nonetheless, results showed that all the materials can be employed for removing AB-185 from wastewaters of textile industry, and we correlated dye removal efficiency to the adsorbent phase specific surface area (SSA) and ζ-potential, as well as to dye concentration and pH of wastewaters.Finally, as the process used to produce the studied CaPs affects their main final physical-chemical parameters and performance in terms of dyes removal, it is important to consider the variables of CaPs production process (e.g., temperature, time of treatment, grinding etc.), especially when CaPs are recovered from circular economy sources by thermal treatments of food-byproducts.  相似文献

By taking advantage of the low sintering temperatures of the preceramic polymers, stereolithography printed mullite components derived from preceramic polymer precursor containing alumina particles can be sintered at low temperatures. However, due to their high specific surface, nano alumina particles are difficult to be dispersed into the photocurable polysiloxane. Herein, to prepare mullite slurry, a photosensitive hydroxysiloxane was employed as the preceramic polymer matrix while γ-Al2O3 nanoparticle was added as the active filler. The introduction of photocurable hydroxysiloxane not only improved the homogeneity and rheological properties of mullite slurry but also shorted the ionic diffusion distance of Si-ion and Al-ion during the sintering process. Therefore, 3D mullite preceramic precursor stereolithography printed from hydroxysiloxane-Al2O3 slurry was endowed with a low sintering temperature around 1400 °C. During the sintering process of preceramic precursor, sintering aid AlF3 can participate in the reaction and further promote the formulation of mullite grains.  相似文献

红外热成像作为陶瓷制品无损检测的一种工具,无疑具有很多有别于其他检测工具的优点,本文从热传导的角度出发,应用有限元理论,对红外热成像无损检测的过程机理进行分析研究,推导出瞬态热传导问题的数学模型,应用该模型进行计算机模拟,并把模拟的结果和红外热成像仪实测的结果进行比较,表明本数学模型可用以研究及模拟红外热成像的检测过程,为机理的研究创造了条件。  相似文献
