多旅行商问题作为旅行商问题的一个扩展,是一个经典的组合优化问题,具有更高的复杂性,也具有更广泛的实际意义。针对每个旅行商允许经过的城市数有上限的多旅行商问题,通过引入虚拟城市把多旅行商问题转化为单旅行商问题,并且应用自组织优化算法进行了求解。虚拟城市局部适值的定义很好地处理了此类问题的能力约束,针对多旅行商问题的实例进行的仿真表明自组织优化算法可以很好地求解此类问题。 相似文献

为解决多起点均衡多旅行商问题,分析问题的特点,从优化旅行商的起点、最小化所有旅行商总路程和维持各旅行商路径均衡的角度出发,提出一种基于改进交叉、变异操作的遗传算法。根据均衡多旅行商问题的优化目标,构建新型评价函数,设计双染色体编码方式。在此基础上,引入改进的三交换启发式交叉操作并设计双变异策略。在经典旅行商问题的测试集TSPLIB上,与其它求解多旅行商问题的进化算法进行对比,验证算法的有效性。 相似文献

目前对于旅行商问题的研究已经到了一个比较成熟的阶段,但是对于多旅行商问题的研究还相对较少。文章针对使所有旅行商路程尽可能平均(即所有旅行商路程的最大值最小),且所有旅行商的总路程最小的一类多旅行商问题进行研究,通过三交换启发式交叉算子,变换变异算子和矩阵解码方法来优化简单的遗传算法。最后通过仿真试验,验证了该算法的有效性和可行性。 相似文献

Abstract: In this paper, we present an efficient metaheuristic approach for solving the problem of the traveling salesman. We introduce the multiple ant clans concept from parallel genetic algorithms to search solution space using different islands to avoid local minima in order to obtain a global minimum for solving the traveling salesman problem. Our simulation results indicate that the proposed novel traveling salesman problem method (called the ACOMAC algorithm) performs better than a promising approach named the ant colony system. This investigation is concerned with a real life logistics system design which optimizes the performance of a logistics system subject to a required service level in the vehicle routing problem. In this work, we also concentrate on developing a vehicle routing model by improving the ant colony system and using the multiple ant clans concept. The simulation results reveal that the proposed method is very effective and potentially useful in solving vehicle routing problems. 相似文献

The asymmetric traveling salesman problem (ATSP) is one of the most important combinatorial optimization problems. It allows us to solve, either directly or through a transformation, many real-world problems. We present in this paper a new competitive genetic algorithm to solve this problem. This algorithm has been checked on a set of 153 benchmark instances with known optimal solution and it outperforms the results obtained with previous ATSP heuristic methods. 相似文献

In this study, we propose a novel quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm (QEA), called quantum inspired Tabu search (QTS). QTS is based on the classical Tabu search and characteristics of quantum computation, such as superposition. The process of qubit measurement is a probability operation that increases diversification; a quantum rotation gate used to searching toward attractive regions will increase intensification. This paper will show how to implement QTS into NP-complete problems such as 0/1 knapsack problems, multiple knapsack problems and the traveling salesman problem. These problems are important to computer science, cryptography and network security. Furthermore, our experimental results on 0/1 knapsack problems are compared with those of other heuristic algorithms, such as a conventional genetic algorithm, a Tabu search algorithm and the original QEA. The final outcomes show that QTS performs much better than other heuristic algorithms without premature convergence and with more efficiency. Also on multiple knapsack problems and the traveling salesman problem QTS verify its effectiveness. 相似文献
